I came in at 8:40 requesting a Pretzel and was told they are not making anymore. However it states the store is open till 9. Just like the previous review they told me that they were done making pretzels. Why stay open and not make anymore pretzels. All the employees are doing is standing around.
For a slice of bread and a lemonade, it cost almost $10. For that, I would have bought an order of hamburger and fries and paid the same. I really can't recommend it.

They close the store more than an hour early then what the store hours says. They try to offer you cold pretzels and say they can’t make anything other than that. What’s the point of being open if you deny making order because you close “soon”, it’s the same as saying no to money.

The person working was welcoming when I walked through the door and the pretzel was as good as ever.

We went in to get purchase pretzels and they were so sad compared to what we’ve had before. It’s like the dough didn’t rise a second time. One employee came in and turned up the music like it’s a club or something instead of realizing that not everyone wants to hear loud music.Another employee gave a patron an application, I never seen her change her gloves, then she went to make more pretzels. Hello, don’t you know what cross contamination is? When I asked her about it, she said that she changed her gloves in the back…hello…you handed the application out front and then went right over to work with the dough. The one who check us out was very sweet and had a good personality and awesome smile.

Went to this location at 8:09 pm. The Employee states that they're closed. But it shows on the web that it's open till 9:00. Please fix your hours.

I live in the Pacific Northwest, so I'm used to Auntie Ann's pretzels. By comparison - these are less sweet, and a little more tender. I'm not sure which I'd say is better, they're just different. This location had a bunch of oil on the counter right next to the food, and the menu is only right in front of the register so I wasn't able to review it when I got in, since there were people ahead of me in line, standing right in front of the menu.
The man overcharged us and when I asked him for the ticket he made an excuse not to give it to me and it was like 60 USD for 3 things
Bad service but what so you expect from kids in a mall. Vut pretzels were yumm!
I've come here many times and they never have anything ready!! You always have to wait 15 minutes for everything.

Young white woman who was the cashier was rude and clearly didn’t want us in there. They had nobody inside but despite that they had no pretzels available. Stated it would be a 20 minute wait.
Very nice young ladies working when I went.
Delicious! Who doesnt like pretzels
Would give it 5 stars but the showcase selections were low. Tasty treats and fresh.
Attempted to give this place my money. Family in front of me walked out after standing at the counter for over 10 minutes without help, I should've taken that as a sign. Waited over 5 minutes while employees just stared at me and conversed with each other. Ended up walking out without being served. I asked if they were open or I needed to leave and the employee said oh, you can leave.
