Wetzel's Pretzels

We went in to get purchase pretzels and they were so sad compared to what we’ve had before. It’s like the dough didn’t rise a second time.One employee came in and turned up the music like it’s a club or something instead of realizing that not everyone wants to hear loud music.Another employee gave a patron an application, I never seen her change her gloves, then she went to make more pretzels. Hello, don’t you know what cross contamination is? When I asked her about it, she said that she changed her gloves in the back…hello…you handed the application out front and then went right over to work with the dough.The one who check us out was very sweet and had a good personality and awesome smile.

Went to this location at 8:09 pm. The Employee states that they're closed. But it shows on the web that it's open till 9:00. Please fix your hours.

I live in the Pacific Northwest, so I'm used to Auntie Ann's pretzels. By comparison - these are less sweet, and a little more tender. I'm not sure which I'd say is better, they're just different. This location had a bunch of oil on the counter right next to the food, and the menu is only right in front of the register so I wasn't able to review it when I got in, since there were people ahead of me in line, standing right in front of the menu.

The man overcharged us and when I asked him for the ticket he made an excuse not to give it to me and it was like 60 USD for 3 things

Bad service but what so you expect from kids in a mall. Vut pretzels were yumm!

I've come here many times and they never have anything ready!! You always have to wait 15 minutes for everything.

Young white woman who was the cashier was rude and clearly didn’t want us in there. They had nobody inside but despite that they had no pretzels available. Stated it would be a 20 minute wait.

Attempted to give this place my money. Family in front of me walked out after standing at the counter for over 10 minutes without help, I should've taken that as a sign. Waited over 5 minutes while employees just stared at me and conversed with each other. Ended up walking out without being served. I asked if they were open or I needed to leave and the employee said oh, you can leave.

First they only had unsalted pretzels and said it would be an hour for anything else and then I get hair cooked in mine like what is this

I decided to check this place out as I usually go to Auntie Anne’s. My experience showed me exactly why I choose the competitor. I went in shortly after they opened about an hour or so and there was one young lady working, first off she appeared annoyed when I walked in as if I was interrupting her from her duties. She then rushed me through my order although I had questions, again this was my first (now last) visit. I received my order which ended up being a bit pricey as everything else is these days. The pretzels were great but her attitude definitely wasn’t as good. It may have been because she was alone but, thats not the customers issue. These kids need to understand working with the public face to face is a CUSTOMER SERVICE position. Furthermore we support their income and the owner’s business. DG (I’m not putting her name on here although it’s on my receipt.) Do better young lady. For this experience I’m giving them two stars based on the experience alone. Had I had a better experience it would’ve definitely been a 4-1/2 5 star for quality of food.

I’m very disappointed with this experience. When we get there, there was a line and we were standing with the door open. The worker told us to close the door in a very rude tone. I should’ve just gone to auntie Annie’s then. I get my pretzels and they are ice cold, hard/dry and have just cinnamon, no sugar. Will not be returning.
