Shocked. Came here with a big group around 10 pm. I have never experienced a Whataburger with friendly staff and fast service. Literally amazed lol whoever the manager of this place is, is doing something right compared to literally every other Whataburger.

Hate this 2 lane bull crap they put in. Always get told to pull up to the line like they can't prepare things like they used to and hand it to tou at the togo window. I order then get my food after multiple people behind me.

2025: Mobile ordering for pickup still sucks.
You'll get the worst customer service.
Your order will be late.
Your order will be cold.
Your order will be wrong.
DoorDash will get priority over your order, further delaying yours
You'll watch an endless number of people order at the counter and get their food while you wait for yours to get colder.
There is not enough counter help to actually walk your order to you. It will sit in the food cubby and get cold until they can get to it while you watch from the cheap seats.
Mobile customers get THE worst customer service here. Do better.
--- 2022: I haven't had a good experience here since they've reopened the joint. I'm done with this place. Today I had to yell at people behind locked doors just to get my mobile order. They wouldn't let me inside even though I'd placed an order for pick up at the counter. They wanted me to go through the drive-through even though I was walking and wasn't in my car. They wouldnt even open the door to talk, so i had to yell at them through the locked doors to tell them i needed to pickup my order. This was beyond ridiculous. Done with you. Griffs kicks your butt anyway. Support local.

It’s sad that I sent out an email and you guys never replied several time they got my order wrong but it’s terrible paying extra for stuff and having missing items and wrong items Never got a reply .

Well, this is a new remodeled facility Looks great. The customer service person on Drive thru was very pleasant with taking my order, but once I moved forward, I noticed a few cars waiting, so I thought nothing of at first until it was taking longer than expected and just ordered a BoB with sausage. It seems only one guy was working preparing food. The line was getting longer. Please work together as a team getting orders and food preparation together, but I finally received my sandwich it was great double sausage on the Bob better than the clown, lol. Their sausage is like soy, no flavor, just terrible, but keep up the great work whataburger.

I was so impressed with the young lady that took my order in the drive through. She was so professional, read my order back to me addressed me by name, and let’s just say the food was hot, perfectly prepared, not sloppy or thrown together at all. I must say I was very impressed and I will be back. Thank you for making my day go off to a good start today!
