Welp was literally charged and given a small order and no ketchup spicy or regular
Literally not hard to take a simple order and ring it in large and give ketchup with the order

As a longtime customer, the burger fell a little short of my expectations but was good (not great).
Service was a bit slow for the level of business and that was made worse by the person walking my meal to my table misinterpreting my number 19 as a 16.
All in all that was less than ideal but okay.
But the worst part was the bickering / public arguments and chastising of staff heard throughout the dining area.

This place is terrible. We should have just asked for our money after the first incident but gave them a shot. So first we went to get our drinks and found something frozen in the ice. We told the workers and they gave us a new cup but did nothing about the ice. Then I had ordered three #13s and when it came out it only had three 3 piece chicken tenders instead of the box with fries and toast. When I said something they told me we didn't pay for the meal but only the tenders so we would have to pay $11 to get the rest. After refusing they ended up bringing it out to us anyway. Also my daughter ended up with food poisoning which was more than likely from this place. DO NOT visit this place until they clean and hire new employees!!!

We went their for lunch and got the chicken meal we didnt get our bread or fries in all the meals yet we were charged 30$ for 9 pieces of chicken and gravy and 2 kid meals even after we told them this they expected us too pay for the bread and fries which was an extra 11$ their was also bugs in the ice which made us not want to drink the drinks at all and barley even eat our food they also acted like it was our fault that they messed up on the order and made no effort to fix the ice

I give up. We’ve given this location so many chances. At first, it was hit or miss, lunchtime seemed to be the best time to go, but recently our orders have been wrong every time. Today, I waited 20 minutes for curbside. I got there at 1:59, there was one other (empty) car sitting at curbside. 4 to 5 other curbside customers came and went during the entire time I was there. When I finally asked an employee who came outside what was going on, she interrupted me and said they were making fresh fries. Yet other people were there after me and got their food almost immediately. Oh and I got the wrong drink. At least that was the only thing wrong with the order this time. Normally it’s an actual burger that’s wrong. We’re just going to go to the Eastchase location. Longer drive, but this location is just irritating
