This is the worst Whataburger I have been to! I wait at 7 mins for someone to acknowledge me and another 4 mins for someone to take my order. I ordered a kids just burger meal with cheese and a side of gravy. In the time I sat inside waiting I saw at least 4 people come in and complain about the orders being wrong. When I got my order there was no cheese on my burger and I didn’t have my gravy. I told the employee and he asked do you want us to put cheese on it or make you a new one. I knew at that moment that they were only going to put cold cheese on it. I tried to eat it without cheese and just wasn’t good. I just can’t believe there are all these employees standing over the fryers la hugging and carrying on…. Maybe they should be paying more attention to the customers and orders.

The absolute worst, 2 people in front of me in the drive thru, it took 31 minutes to get 1 taquito meal and a breakfast on the bun. The amount of time it takes here is the worst. By the time I left the driver through both lines were completely full and they did not give out a single other order besides the 2 that were in front of me.

It was whataburger. It what you expect out of them . Nothing negative to say. Taste like whataburger. If it tasted like anything else I would let you know. Like gross it was nasty for whataburger not up to standards .

Avoid this location like the plague. Drive-thru wait times are at least 10 minutes if you're the only one in line, and the food served is mediocre at best, overcooked and messy at worst. On a good note, the drive-thru speaker and cashier were nice and fast, yet this location takes abnormally long to get your order out the window. If you want a good Whata with service and quality in this area, the location off 820 and White Settlement Rd next to Home Depot is the way to go.

Drive through takes 30 minutes and never gets the order right when every time I go here, only go to this location if you’re dine in because that’s the only time they care to make your order right. Don’t want dine in? The drive to benbrooks or white settlements location will save your time
Edit: I originally had 2 stars but after I finished this review, I took a bite of my fries and they were incredibly stale and salty… I decided I’d just eat them with ranch, and they gave me the wrong kind I asked for. Honestly the worst fast food experience ever I waited 30 minutes to get scammed by the terrible service
