This isn’t a review on this Whataburger specifically, but all Whataburgers have gone downhill since they got bought up. They used to have in person service all night, now drive thru a take forever to get thru. All time favorites menu sucks now too. Whata is no longer a Texas treasure, it’s just a shitty fast food restaurant like every other place.

You guys are terrible how do you get plain and dry burger with cheese wrong it’s impossible to get that wrong and second of all on two occasions on curbside pick up you gave me waiting more than 30 minutes n other Whataburger does that 1/5 stars terrible customer service

I ordered a chicken strip meal and literally got 1 chicken strip😐 plus I had paid for an extra strip they said for me to go back so they can remake the order but that’s not my fault they made a mistake I should just be given a refund for the food and long wait times cuz then I’m wasting time just to go back for 3 chicken strips🤦🏽♀️ y’all just hire anybody, I heard laughing in the background when I called them about my order only having one chicken strip , very unprofessional and immature staff all the time, this is the worst whataburger I have ever been to , fast food not the same anymore smdh

Horrible wait got here first and they attended someone else that got before me and above that they are very rude and don't prioritize customers first.

Probably the worst one I've been in. Waited over 30 mins for 2 burgers. Thankfully a manager showed up and started directing traffic. Funny thing is they weren't even busy.
