Slow service. Cashier's are always unpleasant/ unfriendly . I only go for others and it's a crappy experience 9 out of 10 times. Do better Whataburger!

Curbside pick up at 1:00pm, ordered a salad, they skimmped me out on greens big time, and never gave me my drink. Pissed me off as im trying to eat healthier. How yall going to give me a salad with no salad? If this happens again, im going in there myself to see whats going on. Absolutely Ridiculous. At least give me what i pay for. Makes me not want to order from here anymore. Its right next to my apartment. I would get a salad here everyday if they didnt screw me over like that. I ordered an extra egg. Got another salad, they didnt give me the bacon. I keep ordering these salads and they are always super dry like they dont wash their lettuce. I keep getting skimmped out on lettuce too over and over. Im about to have to drive 30 minutes to get my salad from another whataburger

Still the Best burger in town...depends on which Whataburger you go to. I had stopped patronizing the Altamesa and McCart place awhile back due to them screwing up the orders. Well, I had tried them again and back to the same conclusion...stay away from this Whataburger. I had done a Drive-Thru order...when getting home, the soda was Carbonated water, the fries were cooked in the same grease used to cook fish and the #2 Whataburger with cheese was a single meat burger, no cheese with Jalapenos. Will not visit this spot again.

Went in to order take out at about 8 p.m on Dec. 31, 2024. The guy took the customer in front of me but when it was my turn he let someone that just walked in step in front of me..
25 minutes in the drive through for 3 cars and you get my order wrong. They must only hire the worst of the worst

They got the order right. But the food was wrong I paid for onion rings and they gave me fries instead. And when I got my burger it was cold. But it’s night shift what can I expect right?

Their drive through waiting time is EXTREMELY unacceptable… EVERYTIME I come, even if it’s just me in line… I’m waiting extremely too long for one thing. My longest wait time was this past Saturday, we waited 35 plus minutes for a small order… they need help… this last time, I just left, it was only one car in front of me, I left after waiting 15 minutes and went across the street to McDonalds, they gave me my food as soon as I pulled up to the window, I was only there for 2 minutes tops… I look across the street, the car is STILL WAITING AT THE WINDOW AT WHATABURGER… made me late to work smh

Customer service could be better. Young lady on the fries was very rude. I asked her could she make fresh onion rings because she tried to give me some that had been sitting there for about 15-20 minutes. She through my bag under the counter and aggressively put some in the grease.
