The employees are polite the food isn't bad but I just feel like there is a lack of organization or flow of service. There is almost always at least a 30 min wait. And I order ahead most of the time and still end up waiting 20-30 min sometimes my food is cold. I can tell the employees are trying hard to get the orders out just something is slowing things down. ITS STILL WHATABURGER AND IM STILL GOING TO WAIT That 30 min.

People there are nice, but they need to pay more attention to what they are doing. I will advise everyone to check their food before they leave the window at the drive thru. They may read your order off but sometimes that's not what's in the bag. So just check it. Trust me. This has happened to me more than twice.

Girl at the window was rude. No thank you or anything. Hands me my food and slams the window. Doesn't ask if i want any condiments.no napkins . Bacon on my burger was nearly raw. No receipt. I could keep going but i know it wont make a difference

Was there yesterday in the drive through, both lanes were full around midnight. Gentleman named Quincy was in and out taking everyone’s orders outside to their vehicles, every time he passed by he made sure we were doing ok , that our order is on the way . Just seeing the way he was working, helping at the cash register in and out constantly with a smile and taking care of people is the reason we return … he made sure our order was correct so I asked for his name and told he was doing a great job, keep it up. Thank you Quincy.

One of the best Whataburgers I've been to in a while. The manager, tall black guy, was extremely competent and on top of my very picky and large order. Highly recommend this whataburger, went at 4am and order about 100 dollars worth of food and not a single mistake was made.

As long as I waited for my order and it's wrong the person that took the order was rushing I order a #5 it was made wrong the chicken stripes was hard for then when I called asking to speak to a manager who this ghetto at it's finest

This Fort Worth restaurant is going to give it to you their way. When ordering at the window, they are not listening. I normally have to repeat the order three times. I always get interupted during the order for them to ask me if I want cheese. If they would just listen to the order, they would not get my order wrong. The inside is always clean. If I order a pie, I normally get the wrong pie or a pie that should have been discarded a few hours before. Sometimes the fries are cold. The onions are normally in a clump rather than spread out over the burger. I just wish that they would wait until they are ready to actually take the order than have me state the order and they are not really listening. I wish that they would stop interupting to ask if I want cheese. If I wanted cheese, I would say so.

I order 3 burger and I had to wait 15min .the employee was just standing around and the managers was not trying to help. And it wasn't a lot of people ordered. If u go have some time on your hand.i will not go there for lunch u will be late for work.
