The wait was crazy but that is normal for Whataburger. But our fires won't cooked all the way and didn't give a lot burgers was cold. Had to put in microwave to reheat and I just live down the street smh not happy

Provided me a whatacatch with Only 1 half bun and sloppy service. No reason for this especially when they were NOT busy. The manager i believe a white woman was very nonchalant and unapologetic regarding this experience. When showing her the issue her response was "Oh it only has one bun" as she smirked. Very unprofessional and should NOT be in management. I will not eat here again gross and disrespectful!

There is a new 2-lane formation to the drive-thru. In Lane B, I didn't get my food for 30 minutes. The other line kept moving. The new wings were not very good.

This waterburger has the slowest service.I have ever seen and the order is never right.We waited in the drive through for 20 minutes.And then they still didn't have a order we had to pull app, then they brought us the wrong order out.Then they had no ketchup, no sauce.The manager there seems to be infectionate with all the young boys.It's all they do stand around and talk more than they do wait on people
My aunt and I each ordered whatawings, for the first time. We ordered honey bbq flavored. Alas, they arrived without sauce. My aunt called the location and was assured that both she and I would receive replacement wings upon our next visit. The wings were tasty but still required a dipping sauce. So, I guess lunch for today is in the bag!

Monica M deserves a gold star! 6:30am and my husband asked if they had a simple bowl for eggs with cheese, and meat. Monica offered to make us a side of eggs and a sausage. Perfect! My husband then asked if they had decaf coffee and Monica said “no, but I can make you some fresh, it will take 5 minutes. Those words were music to his ears! Freshly made decaf, just for him! Monica was very friendly as we paid and within a few minutes we had our order. As I opened my breakfast, I expected just eggs and sausage and was again pleasantly surprised when I saw my meal! Monica.. you got this! You rock the customer service! Thank you! We’ll definitely return!

Cold and dry chicken , my other meal was made wrong I waited good amount of time and payed good amount money and I got my food cold and the order was wrong . They just remodel this room place , maybe instead they should have better cooks .

Friend of mine chose this whataburger today because it was convenient. I personally fondly remember this location prior to its remodel and found the store and the employees worthy of five stars. Today they exceeded my expectations by being able to make a meal that is technically discontinued and/or no longer advertised. Being that the store closer to my house has been telling me they can no longer create the meal for some time now (understandable) and then coming to this (new) store and just asking about the meal by chance and the manager agreeing to make it through friendly conversation filled me with immense joy. I sincerely recommend this location to anyone looking for the old store service who may be weary of the 'new' store, they genuinely served us to the best of their ability and had us with food in our hands and us back to work within our lunch break. Greatly appreciate the experience.
