Went to Whataburger drive-through around 11:30 ordered chicken strip meal and a number one with cheese and did not get the cheese on the number one the salt the fries was salty and taste like grease grease and salt fries. The food was cold and the man at the window tried the cheetahs out of our money. He changed out 100 and he tried to keep seven dollars for herself sad and poor.

I have gone here multiple times. They are slow. I've waited 45 minutes for food before. The employees have skipped over my order or forgot my order multiple times.
The drive through is even slower.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. I went through the drive thru. The First Lady to help me was absolutely rude and I felt rushed. When I got to the window. I waited 8 minutes for my food. Just for my order to be wrong. When I told the lady at driver thru my order was incorrect she proceeded to take my whole order back through the drive thru window. After waiting another 10 minutes for it to be correct I finally got my food back for all it to be cold. Keep in mind this at 11:30-45pm. There was no crowd of people. And possibly 2 or 3 cars in the drive thru with me at the end. This is not the first time I have had an issues with this location. I WILL NOT BE BACK!!!!!!!

First of all, the girl forgot my order at the drive through window. I ordered a large drink. It’s $2.99 and she told me I owed $4.55 I was like um that doesn’t sound right. So I got to the one across the street and she told Me it was $3.32. The girl at the drive through was trying to steal money for herself and hadn’t even rang in the order yet ! Y’all need to make sure the math is adding up at this location cause this has Happened multiple times to me and my friend that lives over here. Plus on top of that it took 30 min to get a DRINK. Unbelievable.

From my understanding and health laws, the employees are supposed to wear a hair net when handling food, and if you're going to eat food, should you be on a break and not walking around eating and drinking from the soda fountain.. there were 11 employees, no hair net. One guy was cooking fries, while another employee was sweeping right behind him. And I'm assuming the manager on duty wore a blue shirt. I will not be back and I will inform others, if the health inspector came in. There would be a few violations,if even more.
Recommended dishes: French Fries, Whataburger, Onion Rings
All three large fries were smalls, and I asked for them to replace the sauce on two burgers but got the sauce on the side instead (with the regular sauce still on the burger). Oh well.
