Waited at least 30 min for a burger only order while I watched everyone after me get orders taken and completed....I told myself they probably called in their orders.....hmmm....when I got my order, I realized it was the wrong items and I walked back in....the order was corrected by a very nice young man, who apologized and made a fresh burger.....I unfortunately can understand the reels when people go off in restuarants....I don't condone it, but I can understand....I've driven home several times with orders that are not correct only to speak to management with instructions to come back for order I should have received in the first place.....management does not reimburse for gas.....so for everyone else in line waiting for me to move after receiving my order, it's me....checking my order!!!!

This message is for your corporation's district manager. You should take the time to stop by the store to check the dirty oil level in your fryers used to cook onion rings.

Ordered a patty melt meal through drive through, the gave a me a meal someone canceled, which was very cold and the fries were cold too, when I was ordering they were laughing with each other and I ahd to repeat my order three times, if the owner is reading this take care of this place or your going to loose so much business with such kind of employees and services.

For as much as yall charge for these combos these chicken tenders may as well be frikin nuggets! Since when did they get so small that the slice of bread is even bigger?? Been going to this location a long time and nothing seems to surprise me…. One order of fries was too crunchy…. One too soggy and they managed to get my drink size wrong… don’t get me wrong that seems to be expected but now the tenders??!! 🙄

They took my order but forgot to make it. I waited for a very long time before one of the other employees asked me what I was waiting for. I got terrible service from this location tonight. Management needs to do their job. Maybe I'll try this location again & update my review, depending on their service.

I’m beyond frustrated. I stopped by this location and asked if it would be too much to make the fries fresh. The employee had me waiting, then once actual customers pulled in, I was told to pull forward — I complied!!! Still being patient!!! When he finally brought out my food, he said, “Had to make sure your fries were fresh” and walked off. I pulled over and checked — they weren’t even fresh. That sarcastic little comment on top of the cold fries I was pissed and disappointed.
I know what Whataburger can offer. The starting pay is high, and the food can be great. Let’s call it what it is — the workers here are lazy and arrogant. If you don’t want to work, then don’t. There are plenty of people out here who would be grateful to have that job.
It’s insulting. The food industry isn’t cheap anymore, but the expectations are. If you’re going to be expensive, I expect exceptional service and quality. What if I just wanted to treat myself after a long day? It feels like they’re playing with people’s time and money. This isn’t just bad service — it’s blatant disrespect. I didn’t ask for anything extra, just basic decency.
It goes without saying I will not be returning to this location and letting friends and family know to stay far from this location if they’d like to avoid being treated so horribly.
Do better, or make room for people who will!

Save your time. This has got to he the slowest whataburger on the planet. Im not one for negative reviews, but there's a minimum 20 minute wait for drive thru, dine in, or mobile pick up. It does not matter the time of day, or how busy the location is. I really feel that they do not begin processing your order until you go ask how much longer its going to be. This is my experience with over 10 visits to this location

I agree with ALL the negative reviews! Customer service here is absolutely terrible. Food is lukewarm, drinks WITHOUT ice was barely cold and FLAT. I should not have to ask for fresh food then still get cold and old food! However many reviews only highlight nightshift but it is actually day shift as well so I'm going to assume neither day or night have their stuff together! If it was your food you want it hot fresh and made correctly! Trust me I WILL NOT come back to this location I wouldn't even recommend it!🤷🏾♀️

This is easily the slowest restaurant I’ve ever been to. Only come here if you have an hour to spare in the drive thru. Perfect for folks who either hate their home life or are homeless. Are you a timeless vampire? Do I have the place for you!
