Don't order in the drive thru if you're on lunch break, you probably won't get back to work on time. Took nearly half an hour to get my food. Might as well go to an actual restaurant.

I’ve never in my life been served raw chicken tenders.. only thing they offered in return was a coupon for a free burger with buying another item lol smh. Night shift has been nothing but a disappointment every time I went. Never eating at this location again.

I was extremely disappointed in the service of this establishment. I used the app to cash out my point to get a free shake. First of all, after I told the lady I was there for an app order, she did not notify me that they were not making shakes or malts. Instead, she told me to have a seat and wait. After nearly 10 minutes, I stepped back up to the counter only to be told that my order could not be made and that my points could not be recovered. So I wasted my time and my earned points and never got anything. The attitude of the staff was very disrespectful, and I will probably take my business to another establishment.

They always have a full chicken sandwich, not a half a chicken sandwich like Chick-fil-A. I've actually stopped going to Chick-fil-A because of how small the chicken sandwich is now.

Got a bacon cheeseburger and medium onion rings to go. The burger had 2 pale, thin pieces of bacon on it. Not my idea of a bacon burger. Medium onion rings was really a small - only 6 pieces.

We used to regularly come here late at night and it is always glacially slow with long drive thru line... Clearly very understaffed I honestly feel bad for the employees. We had an issue here, submitted feedback, got sent a free meal for a location in Alvarado and when we asked for help on that we never got an answer. Huge bummer.

If I could give zero stars I would..2-18-24 I ordered 2 meals online(curbside),thinking it would be the fastest. 45 mins later and 1 employee trying to give me the wrong order I finally received my food. Only after having to go in and get it. Order was wrong and food was cold. Horrible experience. I will take my business elsewhere.
