This whataburger most of the time is slow… no matter 2 cars or 6. It’s sad that I waited in line in to order 10 minutes and I was the first person in the drive through and started to order was told give her a sec 4mins later no apology just retook my order. Waited in line for another 15mins before my food and I only order pancakes platter not the meal… This sad seen 3 cars leave before getting to the window.

Came to get breakfast at the drive thru and Mathew was super cool and helpful, definitely someone who cares about taking care of customers and making them feel welcomed. Dude definitely deserves some props

I went through drive through for a quick burger...
Ok so, I'm not really super picky when it comes to fast food. Ordered a triple with no cheese (since you can only put one slice on through DD). Upon arrival I bust my own Kraft singles out and notice the tomatoes and onions are opposite of what I ordered which is no tomatoes and yes onions. There's a visible bite taken out of my top patty. Wow that's crazy but I'm still hungry. Two bites in I can see a visible 10 inch hair strand that I slowly extract from the bottom patty. At this point I knew this was unsalvageable and my dinner would be ramen then raged and threw it in the trash can. I don't know what to say other than this probably being in the top 3 worst food experiences in my life.

Coffee luke warm and taste like it's been sitting there all week very bitter and salty fries half hard half soggy and stale burger was dripping with grease workers have an attitude when you ask them for condiments $17 in the trash nothing was edible wouldn't feed that to a stray dog first and last time going there
