I drive the extra distance to this store because of how great the people are! The manager Ingrid will always take care of you in the best possible way and she treats the staff very nice and professionally. The team members are great and quality of food is always fresh, rather than some others that will serve cold burgers.

SLOWEST location ever. 11:30pm, there’s only 3 cars in line, we ordered ahead at 11pm and have been waiting over 25 mins. Not sure if it’s a staff problem but this is just ridiculous.

I’ve eaten at this Whataburger multiple times over the last few years, I try to avoid it whenever I can, because it takes forever (even though I always order ahead). But I never thought it was bad enough to review it, until I witnessed how rude one of their managers is. A week ago, I went inside to pick up my food - Luna was working with a smile on her face and when the operating manager came over to assist with a customer rewards problem, she was incredibly rude to Luna. I’ve never met Luna before, but her name has stuck with me for the last week because of how many times the manager kept yelling her name for no reason. After the manager was done, Luna then gave me my food with the biggest smile on her face and was so kind about it. Luna - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We ordered from here twice through Uber eats, the first delivery We were missing our food all together and only had the drinks delivered. The second time we received everything except the requested spicy ketchup amount (we were only given 2 for a two large meal order).
The French fries were almost wet and gross.
Additionally, my burger had a hair in the burger patty itself.
Very disappointed and grossly unhygienic, not recommended to eat here.

Went to the drive thru and the lady taking our order was really nice. I got the biscuit breakfast sandwich with bacon and sausage and my boyfriend got the breakfast burger. The sandwiches were pretty good and the hashbrowns were yummy too.
I’ve ordered twice now for my company and have received EXCELLENT service and quality food. This location #609 goes above and beyond each time. They serve my 3rd shift HOT & FRESH food-perfect for hard working employees! Thank you!
