This has to be the slowest Whataburger on the planet. It's April 21st at 4:45pm if the managers want to look this up.There were literally 3 cars in the drive thru. We sat there for 15 minutes.

After I finished my meal I looked into the bottom of my cup. I have included the picture below and there was either dirt or mold in the bottom of the cup. I brought it to managements attention not looking for anything but to put them on notice. Management said we clean our nozzles all the time and it can not be from us. I don't know what to tell you. She then proceeds to wall off. She then said it must of come from me. I never left the location. So at this point I asked for her supervisor and she said I am the only one here and the head management. So waited for a minute and asked another employee and Brandon comes out. He was very apologetic and listened to the entire situation and took full responsibility for it and told me they would look into it and gave me all the numbers to contact. I have contacted corporate and I did have a call from the store manager within 20 minutes after I spoke with corporate. She was very sincere and handled the situation with care. Management needs way more training since the ignoring method is not a good look.

Made an app order at 6:25, which was supposed to be ready at 6:36am. (latest time from the app).I got into the driver through lane at 6:30 with 1 car in front of me.Did not get my items till 6:48.Why do you even give us a time frame when you are not following it?

First off we can't always expect to get a perfect drive through or walk-in fast food restaurant meal. But nowadays in these times you can almost expect a bad meal and horrible customer service. That is not the case at this Whataburger on Clifford St. The Manager's name is Kiki and let me tell you she and her team are so professional and on point with all staff and customers. Food is Amazing!! ?
