Are experience was awful lol My grandmother was ordering me Whataburger and she told them it was my birthday so we sat down to eat our food in her car and they forgot our fries then she went back inside and got me fries came back out open her food and there was no Patty in her burger just tons of mustard lettuce and tomatos

Just want to say shoutout to this location. I live by the new one off Bonds Ranch but due to the frequent mistakes and poor customer service I will be coming to this location. Staff is friendly, mistakes are minimal and they are quicker than the other new spot. I appreciate yall !!!

Been here 3 times. Not once have I received what I ordered. 1st 2 times I could understand the person taking the order so not sure when they confirmed my order correctly why it was still wrong. No mayo no bacon. Both times. Same thing. 3rd time I couldn't understand a word the person was saying when they took my order. Just mumbles. I repeated multiple times as I wasnt sure what was repeated back to me. Even when they came to collect payment just pure mumbles. Out of pure frustration I just gave up. No bacon, no cheese but got the mayo. It's hard condone going back to this location. Getting it right is not their priority.

Today I stopped in to buy a #2 with cheese no lettuce or tomatoes. Coke to drink. Approached the cashier with no one in line. Cashier was talking to a few of her friends to the side and manager actually walked out and asked one of the friends if she wanted a job. So I decide to go thru the drive thru since they had that going on. I get in my truck and order and girl over the speaker was very rude. So I decided to go spend my money elsewhere. This is not the first occasion either. Several times I have come and it taken over 20 mins to get you food. I think I'm done with this location.
