It took them 20 minutes to make one single strawberry shake when they don’t even have a drive thru open

terrible service. Long wait to pay and made up pull forward and waited another extra five minutes to get our food. When we finally received it we kindly asked for more ketchup and an elder lady gave us attitude and said she put “enough there” there was only 1 in the bag. Would not recommend!

We made a drive thru order for two buffalo strip sandwiches and drove home . Me and my husband took a bite out of sandwich and the chicken was still raw … honestly it made sick to my stomach. We instantly threw it away . I’m completely shocked and disgusted.

I visit this location pretty regularly and that is why I chose to at least give 4 stars. Food is usually good, service okay also. However this time being met by Marta who claimed to be the manager here, had me feeling like I want to quit whataburger! She was rude and dismissive. Guess we shouldn’t expect so much from burger chains..

Was waiting more than an hour for my food to be ready when placed online. Got my drinks but took a while to get the food??? Like what melted ass ice and milkshake, should’ve kept the drinks atp eat it with what?? Not happy would recommend the one on west berry street. Cars kept passing us when we were there first. Saw people with the same stuff as my order?? Well okay.

I’ve been collecting the 75th Anniversary Whataburger cups and have already purchased seven cups across three different designs. Like many others, I was told these cups were refillable for a year, and for the first few days, that seemed to be true. I’ve refilled them at multiple locations without any issues. The only exception has been in some countryside areas, where they don’t honor the 75th cup refills — which is understandable since those locations are doing lifetime tumbler refills instead.

But today, at the same location where I bought two of these cups just two days ago — and where staff explicitly told me at the time of purchase that they were year-refillable — I was suddenly told I couldn’t refill it. I wasn’t even asking for soda — just water and ice. Staff claimed they’ve never allowed refills and insisted that this applies to every Whataburger location, which is clearly false based on my actual experience at other stores.

I had no problems until a manager stepped in with an unprofessional attitude, which made it clear this location is misleading customers. If Whataburger wants to market these cups as collectible with year-long refill benefits, then that policy needs to be clearly communicated and consistently honored at all participating locations.

If the refill program has ended after a couple months, that’s fine — but don’t lie about it when someone bought the cup just days ago.

If you're considering collecting these or purchasing multiples like I did, don’t waste your money unless Whataburger publicly defines and enforces a clear, location-wide refill policy.

The best Whataburger experience I've had in several years. The manager and employees were stellar, and the restaurant was very clean.

My Go-To Spot – Always Fresh, Always Friendly

This is hands down my go-to Whataburger location. My usual order? A hot coffee, apple pie, a honey butter chicken biscuit, hash browns or sometimes a kids’ hamburger meal — and everything always comes out fresh and hot. I really respect that consistency.

The employees are always friendly and welcoming. I’ve never had a bad experience with anyone here. Plus, the place is always clean — like, really clean. Honestly, some other fast food spots (and restaurants in general) could learn a thing or two about cleanliness from this location and Whataburger as a whole. Real talk.

Fun fact: I just started eating Whataburger last year, and I’ve been hooked ever since!
