How are fries cold at 9 am when they’re cooked fresh then waiting on the food for more then 10 min after they said it would be done on the app given the fact it was chicken but on the app it shows up before we get to the store no reason for cold fries and a 15 min wait time at 9 am

Waited 13 minutes to get a cold over fried Whatachicken sandwich. The car in front of us was waiting for a cup of gravy or something and were not asked to pull forward. 5 cars were behind us when we left at 2:45am on a Wednesday. Drive to Roanoke, service and quality are far superior!

Ordered through the app. Was able to pull into the 2nd lane with no one there. 3 cars in the first lane. 5 cars later I finally got my online order, and it was wrong. Slow service, and bad service.

Not sure what was going on Thanksgiving morning at 0330 but that was the absolutely worst experience I've ever had at a whataburger. Several people in line at the drive thru so I went in. 5 people waiting on food inside and nobody taking my order. One customer asked how much longer and the employee told them she wasn't sure and left. Still nobody taking orders so I went back to the car and got in line. 6 cars ahead of me and in 20 minutes 1 car go their food.

Fries were cold which I do NOT ever appreciate, I asked if they had everything we asked for, but they left out the beef patties which were $8. Need to take time and show respect to paying customers,, needs better overall.management.
