I was there yesterday and left after 10 minutes after not being asked not one question. I didn’t get any help at counter to order and left. They did not need my business and they saw that I was there to order. They lost my business.

It is the worst Whataburger!!!, this is the fifth time I have ordered food and it always takes more than 30 minutes to give it to me, is this really a fast food place? And on top of that they give me my food cold or they forget something , this is my favorite food and I am very disappointed I hope they do

I tend to only write positive reviews.However, this is a terrible store. First off terrible staff, the lack of care really shows in every way. Who ever gave the grill guy a season shaker needs to take it back ASAP. With out a doubt my burger is 30x my daily salt intake within one bite. That is if they ever got my order right. I read some of the reviews and the one guy who said you have to slow done while ordering is not kidding. I truly feel like I'm talking to a toddler, they will assure you a thousand times they heard you and still mess it up while blankly staring into your soul happy to hand over their atrocious concoction. This location is over cooked, over salty, and never a good experience. I would always make the trip to Roanoke just to avoid this mess of a store. I'm genuinely curious if the franchise owner forgot about this location.

So I’m not proud to say it but I’ve been to this whataburger many times over the years, and it this point I am losing hope I can ever get the right order. I used to work in haslet and I got to the point that I would drive to Roanoke for food during those hours because during the night you can expect to take up to 50 minutes to get your food, and that’s if they even get your order correct. I don’t think I’ve ever left the drive thru with everything my meal should come with. Multiple times I have bit into a burger and thought I bit a block of salt, I know you can get ocean water at sonic but if you want an ocean burger come here, get the salt of the sea on your tongue. Ask for no onions on a burger, you can bet they’ll be on there, but be wary that you might not have any cheese on it. I remember awhile ago my friends wanted to have lunch here, and when we got our meals our friend had a raw uncooked fry in his container, I don’t even know how that happens. I have met a few very nice workers here, but I have also sat in line listening to workers shout and curse and play around while people have been sitting for 15 minutes just to make an order. It’s very likely that if you pull up to the drive through intercoms no one will ever come on the speaker to take your order, best bet is to take a lap around and get back in line. Over all I only hope someone in charge try’s to make improvements to this place, it’s a great location but myself and many other people I know have no good words to say about this place.

A place with a lot of history and delicious burger
This location provides the Yin to the Yang of the Chic-fil-A next door. The only thing they are consistent with is poor food quality and bad service, and it’s been that way for years. Sometimes I give them another try and they always disappoint. They don’t respond to their reviews so that should sum up how much they care about their customers. I have learned a couple of tricks when dining at this location. If you want no pickles and extra mustard try ordering extra pickles and no mustard. This will increase your odds of them getting the order right to at least 40%. It also helps to speak very slowly while ordering. I give them 3-5 seconds between each item or any item change. Combining both of these methods will get you up to around a 60% chance of receiving the correct order. Never under any circumstance should you place your order at a normal pace. One time I rolled up to the drive thru, placed my order and drove up to the line on the outside lane. Guy came out and handed me a pepperoni pizza! Good luck with this location fellas.
