I don’t know why that managers cannot get food out quick enough every Whataburger I go to 20 minutes waiting in the line to get your food. It’s ridiculous. It’s hamburgers. It’s rush-hour. Don’t you know how to train your employees to make a hamburger and get it out quick it’s called service. Whataburger has the worst service.

The guy Eric at the front counter did an excellent job keeping thing under control. Upon walking in, he greeted everybody and asked how he could help. He would go and check on your order and give you an update. If it appeared to be taking too long, he would communicate the status.I have been here on a Saturday on previous occasions, and the workers would be running around with their heads cut off. Today was a much better experience during a busy breakfast time.

Susan brought out my curbside order and she was the most personable, sweetest person ever! She saw I had two little girls in the car with me and brought out some stickers for them! Every time I come to this location and Susan is there, she always always ensures I have everything I need and nothing is missing in the bag! Thanks Susan! You made mine and my daughters night!

Frequently visit after late night volleyball games. Tuesday night, service and gentleman at window was amazing. It was almost midnight, he was courteous and professional. Didn't get his name, african American guy with glasses. Thank you!
I stood at the register waiting for my order to be taken because Keegan was having a good conversation with another employee. I was the only person at the register and didn't want to ask him to do his job and take my order.

Very slow .. food is average for such a long wait. It’s not like they do anything any different from any other Whataburger place. I would rather drive out a bit to not wait all day “Seems like” in line for a couple meals. Just take their Time and nothing special about waiting or food.
