How do you forget an entire BURGER from an order when you have the fries and drinks for each meal?? Another reminder why I don’t order from Whataburger anymore, every single time I try there’s something missing from my order. And the food we did receive is cold like it’s been sitting forever. Extremely disappointed in the quality of service and the food.

I ordered a burger. No onions. Right lane. Guy takes payment. Wait... wait.... wait... I get out and poke my head in the door. Hey guys it's just one burger and I am late... guy says this is the employee door... um ok but burger? One simple burger. I eventually left without my food.

If you love half frozen chicken strips, cold fries, no sauce even after you ask twice, oh and I got a burger that was cold as well! Yeah… ummm pretty whack to say the least, first and last time going to this location. DO NOT COME HERE GO TO THE ONE ON 377!!!! IT IS THE GOAT LOCATION

This is probably the worst one ive ever been to. Service is horrible, the lane 2 guy at about 11:15 pm almost dropped my food because he was rushing so fast to drop off, didnt say a word to me and acted like i was an inconvience for existing. 3 cars behind me got their food before me when I only ordered 2 items. Milkshakes weren't full when ordered and I had to go inside to get ketchup (it happens, totally fine not upset about that at all) and the cashier just pointed to a cart when I asked for some. I've worked fast food and restaurant and this is poor performance at best. What the heck.

Mobile ordering genuinely takes just as long as going through the line and I have never sat in line here for less than 15-25 minutes consistently. The drive thru lanes are never the same, sometimes you can order at both stalls but you have to merge into one lane (which causes chaos), sometimes you can use separate lanes, which is effective if they actually have someone to bring out the food to the second lane but it takes FOREVERRR. Genuinely willing to go to a farther location because it takes up AT LEAST 30 minutes of my night every single time I just want a late night treat.

Still heartbroken over the quality of our beloved Whataburger... Once in a blue-moon I'll give them a go.. & STILL they just don't measure up. Every since they sold out... 🤷🏼‍♀️

I ordered food for mobile pickup ahead of time my pickup time was 12:25am when I arrived two people were ordering food they got their food after about 15 minutes I didn’t receive my food until 12:54 am 29 minutes later how do I wait for 30 minutes for a chicken sandwhich and fries on a mobile order while people who were ordering when I got there got food after 15 minutes and once I got my food the fries were practically cold definitely weren’t hot no sorry or anything this whataburger is garbage
