I don't like to give bad reviews,but I wouldn't want to experience this displeasure again or someone else.So I was looking forward to trying the new Steakhouse burger.The burger was brought to me with single patty .It comes with 2.They tried correcting mistake by bringing me a lukewarm patty and cold slice of cheese. NOT good customer service. SHOULD have redone the burger properly. EVERY CUSTOMER NO MATTER THEIR APPEARANCE DESERVES GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. won't return here again.

Came here on the 2nd of April so 2 days ago. It was a little past 10 pm and I decided to come inside and skip the drive thru line. Jay in the front helped me almost immediately. He made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner. Thank you jay! Great customer service and food

This is the worst 'fast' food experience you can expect. Expect to sit in line in excess of 45 minutes, with periods of over 10 minutes at a time where neither lane moves or gets any food. It's a joke of a location. You could go to a sit down restaurant, order, eat, and pay before you could get your food from

This location is unsafe and they have people who are probably on crack because one black guy was yelling at another employee and they always have the worse customer service ever and the black cashier lady is always using faul language.

2 Lane drive-thru, so speedier than most. The breakfast bowl is our newest favorite, bacon or sausage and that great Whata-Coffee is perfect. Wink.

I feel that they need real strawberry milkshakes. The price for a meal is as much as a meal a restaurant, that which you can order your food ahead of time and most burger joints are better to me.

I ordered a large onionrigs. They barely gave me any in The large Onion rings. They forgot my drink and when I went back in there. They gave me an attitude and was very uncooperative they ripped me off and i payed 21 dollars for this kind of service.

I normally have no issues here and today I didn’t order anything new but I asked for a large fry and basically got a small. Nor did I get any honey mustard. Unfortunate for a place I go to often.
