We love eating here but today was horrible from ordering my food in the drive thru to receiving my food. I witnessed someone throw a tomato slice to the person taking payment at the window to them giving me the wrong order and still having to explain it’s not my order

Sad to say but this is one of the worst Whataburgers I've ever been to. I wasn't told they were out of Chicken Bites until I got to the window... the girl acted clueless as to what to do about it, was kind of rude. It was not busy at all yet it took nearly 20 min to get my food. My fries were cold and drinks had lots of melted ice

They were nice but when there was a miscommunication on the order through the drive thru. They didn't accept my apology when offered it. But they did refund money they accidently charged against my card.

My order was correct. The food was delicious but I simply asked to pay a potion of my order on one card and pay the difference on another card. The cashier took the whole transaction off one card. Next time please follow simple instructions.
Employees have always been friendly and helpful if food is not correct no problem remaking it fresh 👍🏿
