I had a very uncomfortable experience while picking up an order at this Whataburger location. While I was waiting, one employee asked their supervisor whether I was female or male, and then both of them began chuckling about it. This happened openly, in front of customers, as if no one could hear them.
This behavior was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Customers should never be discussed, questioned, or mocked in any way especially regarding gender whether directly or indirectly. Whataburger promotes values of respect, inclusion, and professionalism, and this interaction clearly went against those standards.
Workplace policies and basic customer service expectations require employees to treat everyone with dignity and to avoid discriminatory or harassing behavior. Laughing about a customer’s gender identity, even quietly or “under their breath,” is inappropriate and creates an unwelcoming environment.
I hope management takes this seriously, provides proper training, and reminds staff that all customers deserve respect. No one should feel uncomfortable or disrespected simply for picking up an order.

Orderd dinner at 8 never arrived 10pm got here and no food I called the restaurant said they had barely realized the order I asked if I could cancel since it was 10! They said no ! I asked for refund no help I called higher management said they opened a case ! And I never received a call or anything my food arrived so so late and cold !
