Why on earth do public Restaurants,aka fast food places feel the need to place door locks with codes needed to go to the restroom to wash your hands. Put a sign up if you dont want people wandering in that arent customers. Ridiculous

These kids just don't listen anymore, and it seems like they can barely read your order back to you.. We just left the drive thru, and the girl just basically handed us our food and didn't say anything. Shut the door and lock it.. Excellent customer service!

The drive thru girls suck at taking people's order here but the food is still always great 🤷♀️ they'll fix your order if they get it wrong but they really do need to pay attention & listen to people's order because there's still such thing as a food allergies like to onions for example. Work smarter.

This is one of the cleanest whataburgers I’ve ever been to. They need an award for how clean this location is. I am very happy with my pit stop. I ran out of water so I stopped and asked for a cup of water and they were nice and polite and gave it to me and I also asked can I use the restroom and they also let me use the restroom. I really appreciate the hospitality.

Order a breakfast Platter, received it. It looks like leftover from yesterday.....everything wasn't fresh....it was Lukewarm. Had to throw it away.....otherwise I'll be sick.

The food itself is not bad. My biggest complaint is order accuracy. On multiple occasions I would get an order that is either missing an/multiple items or just something I didn't order all together. Customer service is rather mediocre.
