Which Wich Superior Sandwiches

The sandwich menus were unstoked, few markers. We decided to leave and eat somewhere else. Which was a let down because 4 months ago the food and service was good. I don't know what changed.

Ice was out so no drinks (this is Texas, you need ice), they haven’t had fries for 2 months because their fry machine is broken?? (also had their fries promoted everywhere which was ironic), and their card reader was glitchy. Didn’t spend much time here and so much went wrong. Whoever owns this location needs to check on it. Was our first time to this which wich and we probably won’t be back. The service was alright.

This place needs to be shut down. I mean no disrespect to the employees trying to work it, but clearly management is lacking horrifically or the chain itself is falling apart. The last 3 times I’ve been in, employees looked and acted like they hated life or wanted to be elsewhere. Can’t really blame them. No ice for the drinks. No lids. No straws. Fry machine not working. The list goes on. Yesterday…no gloves along with all the other issues. I watched the guy taking orders and payments scratch his head, complete taking the order and then continue making sandwiches. No hand washing between. ? I WAS refunded my $5 for fries but I horribly regretted the online tip I left

Dirty! Hand prints all overthe door it was gross. The carpets inside have Never been washed! And out of everything. Card machine was down. Fry machine down. No ice, no sweet tea, then had no cheese! No provolone or American. OMG! REFUND PLEASE! Some dude from the guy back came out in a night cap on and in socks and slide (like he was at home) an pour tea in the container - store-bought. No wonder they are closing these places.

This store should be shut down. I arrived when they opened and had to wait 42 minutes because there was only one employee. Then the second one arrived and told me they had no clue how to make the kids pizza sandwich that they had on the menu. 10 minutes later they said they only had peanut butter so they were only making a peanut butter sandwich instead of a PB&J. I asked to cancel my order and for my money refunded and they said they didn’t know how to do that so they would call the manager. They did not complete the refund and told me they could do it without my card so I left and still have not received the payment.

Do not cater your event with Which Wich. Our office put in a catering order on Wednesday for our event on Saturday and we got a call 2 hours before, telling us they could not fill our order. Then they told us we would have to wait for the refund of $500.00 until after they had a chance to call corporate. We were given excuse after excuse and were told they never got our order but how can you cancel an order if you never got it? They never apologized, and were very "sorry bout cha", attitude. There are about 50 people in our office that will never eat at Which Wich again. Just think, each of those 50 people know 50 people and so on and so on.

Use to be a regular at this establishment when I lived in texas..( egg salad sandwiches were the best!)Came back from Wisconsin to see the place dirty, no ice, warm soda, and a wait time of over 30 plus minutes for 2 sandwiches and a grilled cheese..This place was barely busy. I don't know what happened.. if it's new management or something else..With a sad heart, it's safe to say I won't be back..

Waited 40 mins for 4 sandwiches and only 3 people in line ahead of us. My bowl which came toasted even though in big bold red letters it said coldwhich. Also saw a bug climb out of the m&m vending.

Quality and service have gone down significantly. Used to be my favorite sandwich joint, now it feels like they are just barely keeping the store afloat. Lady behind the counter seemed to be more interested in keeping her nose in her phone then taking orders. Soda machine didn't work, AC wasn't on, the bathroom was nasty. My sandwich had a lot of fatty meat in it. This will prevent me from visiting again.

3 stars only because they had no Ice in the restaurant and thus fountain drinks weren't an option...yeah, who wants hot soda.

Terrible. Ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich awhile back. Got served sliced low quality lunch meat. Complained to corporate, never heard anything back. I’ll just assume the quality has gone way downhill because of Covid and this place never recovered. Don’t waste your time with this place.

AWFUL service. Spent 40 minutes waiting on my sandwich when there were literally only 4 customers in the store. Management’s incompetence clearly shows. Would NOT recommend every going to this location.

Oh my... The store smells of dirty feet and something else I can't place. Honestly I'd rather not let my imagination go there. There was no way to order a sandwich nor did they seem to care. I used to love this place. Slippery slope I guess.

Ordering process has changed for the worse. Slow service. Waited longer than usual to get an uncomplicated order. Very different from the last time I came hear. Very disappointing.
