My fiancé and I visited this morning for the first time, and were absolutely pleased. We ordered one hot and one iced chumpkin (Pumpkin Chai Latte) and we fell in love. Unfortunately, I can't partake in the food because I have a gluten allergy, but it looked AMAZING! The atmosphere was chill and the music was on point. We will be coming back for sure.

The only reason I gave this place a 2 is because of the prices. I ordered a unsweet matcha and because it was unsweet I got an upcharge of $1 and then I asked for lavender and another upcharge of $1. The total for the matcha was 7.60. Making it almost $8 and that was not even the bigger size. IT WAS THE SMALL. I did not get it. I can't justify spending almost $8 on a matcha that's not even the large size. No way.Also, while I was there they started cleaning the floor with this yellow broom and it was so loud and distracting. I would think it can be done when the store is closed.

Never disappointed! Great service, wonderful atmosphere, and fantastic food and beverage options. Don't let the parking signs scare you but ALWAYS use the app and complementary QR code. The building owners really do have cameras and human to check if people are registering to park.

Was there this past Thursday morning. My oat milk latte was terrible. (Staff didn’t ask if I wanted it hot or iced so it had to be made twice.). When I got it, it had a briny, odd taste. The avocado toast had a very odd taste to it as well. Also, the bread was very tough. As another reviewer mentioned, it is very over priced for pre-made, mediocre food. I do not eat/drink dairy, and when I enquired about the scrambled eggs in the tacos, the staff were very unknowledgeable about it. They couldn’t answer questions about the ingredients. Again, the few food items they offer are premade, so it doesn’t seem that difficult to educate staff about ingredients in order to answer customers’ questions. Not worth my time or money. Won’t be returning.

One lady behind the counter was great others not so much. Priced high for premade food. I don’t leave bad reviews but today was called for. And the two entitled lady customers looking down on ppl should go sit at their house instead of judging all ppl that walk in. why you using someone’s free WiFi.

Really enjoyed this little coffee shop! Got the bacon breakfast sandwich, cinnamon roll, and snickerdoodle latte (iced). All soooo good. Made this pregnant girl happy! Did a couple hours of work inside as well and it’s a super chill atmosphere. Little noise but easy to hold a conversation with someone. You do have to pay for parking (~$9/hour) BUT the coffee shop offers a 2 hour free code to use. So it’s great! Will definitely be back!
Parking: Large parking lot. They do require you to pay via QR code with your license plate, but the coffee shop offers a code to give you free 2 hours of parking.

What a perfect shop! Service was prompt and friendly. Valentina is a doll. Snickeredoodle coffee was amazing! Definitely stop in if you are in the area.
Coffee here is really good. I really enjoy the atmosphere of this shop to come and study.This comment is for the building manager who decided to now charge for parking. This is Fort Worth, Texas not Tampa, Florida. Businesses in this building are going to lose customers because of the paid parking.

I was highly disappointed with the customer service at the Mansfield location today. I visited White Rhino over the weekend and tried their cinnamon roll. I liked it so much that I decided to place an order online for 10 cinnamon rolls to be picked up on Monday. Mind you, I was able to place the order and pay in advance online. So, this morning, I go through the drive through at the WR in Mansfield and I was told that my order wasn't ready yet and to pull up to the window. The first problem was when I got to the window, the lady tells me that they only have 13 cinnamon rolls to last them until their shipment comes in on Wednesday, so they refused to fulfill my order of 10 cinnamon rolls. Then, when I asked for a refund, the lady didn't even attempt to try to refund me on their register. She kept telling me "You have to refund it on your end." So I ended up having to go into the store to try to figure it out. She told me to call my bank and asked if they can refund the money. Are you kidding me?! So you mean you've never refunded anyone at this store? If I would have left and called my bank, it would have been my word against hers that I didn't get my order. Thankfully, another lady that was working there figured it out and gave a me a refund and a free coffee. I really thought I had found a good coffee company, but the refusal to fulfill my order and to try to make me refund myself was unprofessional and absurd. And for that, White Rhino won't be getting any more of my money.
