This place took over 45 minutes to get me my order. Then I was missing my fries and received 2 wings instead of a breast and wing like the said the only had. Then wanted me to wait another 10 minutes while the dropped more chicken. When they just made a drop. I say do not spend your money here. I DROVE TO THIS LOCATION because I didn't like the service at the one by my house. I'm done with Williams.

If you want some really great food and some even better service. Then stop here at Williams Fried chicken number 36. Absolutely delightful service. Made my day! The food is great. But when you can get a good combination like that, then it’ll become a regular Stop!Everybody can swing by and say hi to Martha and Risha they were spectacular!

Let me start out and say Williams chicken has been a favorite of mine since 1987. I went into the restaurant today and asked about specials and was charged full price for my meal. I got a soft drink that was all carbonated water. Lauren,offered me to change my drink. I got tea and it was good. I dined in and the chicken was cooked throughly but you could tell the oil needed to be filtered or changed. I only had 30 minutes to eat so I didn't try to change my order. Going back to the drink upon completing my lunch I asked for a refill and was told that the store doesn't do refills. The reason I was given is they couldn't take my cup and use it over the ice and or the fountain dispenser. Prior to me getting the tea I had sprite or carbonated water. My cup was taken and was filled with tea. I was very disappointed to say the least.
Waited forever, then the rep tried to intimidate me because they wanted serve their friends chicken first. Watching 👀 other people that came after me get orders waaaay before me was not good. I have always been a fan of Williams. I knew Mr. H. Williams from my days in Oak Cliff and he would have been shamed. Just do better!!!!!

FIRST OFF... IT TOOK A WHILE TO GET AN ORDER IN THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU. FINALLY GOT TO THE WINDOW, AND GRANNY TOOK OUR ORDER. ASKED US TO PULL UP TO THE FRONT. WAITED ABOUT 45 MINS FOR A 10 PIECE CHICKEN, 3 PC CHICKEN STRIP MEAL WITH FRIES AND A SMALL MASH POTATO. I GUESS THEY FRY ONE PIECE AT A TIME, BUT IT WAS NOT EVEN WORTH THE WAIT, THE MASH POTATOES WERE SOUR! AND 3 PC STRIP AND FRIES OVER COOKED! WILL NEVER BE BACK TO THIS PLACE AGAIN. WORD OF ADVICE, IF YOU ARE NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR JOB, OR FEEL LIKE YOU ARE TOO OLD TO STILL BE WORKING IN FAST FOOD... MAKE A CHANGE! LOL STAY AWAY FROM THIS TRASHY PLACE!!!!

The food was not fresh and very greasy, the workers didn't seem to want to serve quality food, just wanted the drive thru clear. I need a refund and I'll consider giving atleast 2 stars. Not coming back to this location or other location besides the Carrollton location, they the only place doing it right!
