Customer service was terrible drive thru workers where rude seem like they didn’t wanna be there young man closed window in our face while talking and also walking off once he brought our food after leaving things out including sauce and etc young lady didn’t apologize for leaving food out just tossed it on the counter food was so unseasoned and not fresh at all after waiting 25 min terrible !!!

Heard a lot of great things about Williams Chicken from my coworkers so I stopped by after work today 11/18/2024 around 5pm. When I pulled up to the restaurant I didn’t see a speaker which most restaurants have for placing orders so I drove up to the window.
When I pulled up to the window, there was an employee wearing all black standing in front of the window but the employee was standing the opposite direction of me. There was an Hispanic woman wearing a red shirt facing me, and she saw that I was out there in the drive thru. She was busy fixing people’s orders. Which is fine, I understand that she was busy. I politely waved her down to get the other person’s attention.
I’ve never been to the restaurant before, so I wasn’t sure if I order on the intercom or through the drive thru window so I assumed the person standing near the window was supposed to take my order. When I flagged the woman down in the kitchen and pointed at the person standing by the window, she came to the window very upset stating “ma’am give me a minute” but in a very aggressive and rude manner. I apologized and informed her that I wasn’t sure where to order giving that it was my first time there. I left the restaurant without placing an order. She didn’t even apologize for her behavior and just said “okay”.
I’m very understanding that they are busy and can be under a ton of stress so I would have understood if she politely informed me that they were busy and someone would be with me soon or had the person standing by the window ask me to please hold but of course, in a more respectful way. I did not come off as rude nor raise my tone with her. Matter of fact, I didn’t even get the chance to speak before she went off.
So overall, my service was extremely poor. I guess I’ll try again another time or maybe go to another location. Hopefully my experience will be different!
Received refried chicken and old fries. Placed my 2 piece dinner with jalepeno fries and extra order of fries . 3 people behind me received their larger orders first. Seems like when the younger people are there, the service is lacking & this was trifling! I will go back to Berry for this. Smh.

My first time stopping here and I wanted the 3 pc white meat meal but it wasn’t available and I would have had to wait for a while so she I took the wings instead. The wings were seasoned very well. The chicken was cooked all the way. I also ordered a side of greens the collard greens are also pretty good. There wasn’t too much seasoning on them so if you order them and like hot sauce. I recommend eating them with hot sauce. The restaurant ordering area wasn’t clean. Looked as if it could use a deep cleaning. Overall, the staff were very nice.
