This place is so trashy. Have lived here for years and they can't even put a working speaker in to order the food. So once you get to the window it is still a long wait. Do yourself a favor and go to a cleaner area

Honestly, it’s always something with them.. they forget whatever I paid for or forget to actually charge me for something I’ve ordered. And they take too long and food is too expensive for them to be making those simple mistakes.

06/23/2025 Was here for 3 piece and fries order told to pull around I got out and wait one hour don't make no sense and when I got my chicken it wasn't done never in my life will I go back there that short lady with the small feet need her ass kick not tell ing people they got to wait who ever the manger BAD BUSINESSES close it down only 2 people working she had the nerves to talk about Williams on Ramsey St😭😭

Miss Gwen got it going on at Williams chicken she made sure I got my chicken even though my number wasn’t up and they had a big special going on but only had a three-piece and she made sure I got it and I was out of there. I appreciate her great customer service, Miss Gwen

Came here on Tuesday Feb 18, 2025 after 3pm. Two cars in drive thru before me NO ONE INSIDE. THE drive thru took alost 30 minutes. The customer service was bad when I finally got to window....... it took dude with the dreadbraids like 5 minutes to even come to window to take order and he had the window open the whole time. LOOKING AT SOME OTHER REVIEWS THE DUDE WITH DREADS NEED TO BE TERMINATED! I'm looking at him messing with the money in the register for the Inside front dining, so I don't know if he stealing or what but looked suspicious because there were no customers inside. He could of at least told me he'd be with me in a minute or something to have me waiting like that. When he finally comes to window to take my order after waiting 5 minutes(and remember there was no customers inside) I give him my credit card to pay for my meal, the 3 piece dark with fries was supposed to be 5.99 so I don't know how it came out to almost 9 dollars. But when he took my card to pay it took him a couple of minutes to give it back to me, when you take a credit card in drive thru you're supposed to do the transaction quickly and give the card back to customer immediately not take a few minutes with their card out of sight with it. Very shady business going on with the young dude with braids and hoodie on. And then food took a long time for a three piece with fries and it was DRY AND TOUGH AS HELL, like I was eating chicken jerky. I came to this Williams because I was in the neighborhood on berry and didn't even know there was a Williams still around so I immediately wanted some Williams Chicken BUT SAD TO SAY IT'S NOT GOOD LIKE IT USED TO BE, IT WAS TERRIBLE, THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE AND SHADY BUSINESS GOING ON, I can see why it was empty and why everyone goes to Lisa's now. Yall need to go ahead and sell this location because it's terrible. Him and the 1 other dude I seen working in there probably stealing yall blind and selling weed out the drive thru window like they doing at the franchised kfcs on mansfield hŵy and altamesa. Will NEVER again make the mistake of going to this Williams on Berry and getting that dry tough ass chicken, like it was sitting under the heat lamp all day or over cooked. DUDE JUST HANDED ME MY FOOD AND DIDN'T SAY THANK YOU OR ANYTHING, AND DIDN'T GREET WITH A HELLO WHEN HE TOOK ORDER EITHER, Bad business, BAD SERVICE, BAD FOOD!!!! I DON'T SEE HOW THIS LOCATION STILL OPEN UNLESS YALL USING IT FOR A FRONT TO DO SOMETHING ELSE SHADY! Something ain't right at all! I'm going to call consumer services and have them inspect them also.

The place was actually open. It was not busy and I just ordered an 8pc and sides. However, I was told to drive around. I arrived at 11:52pm and just leaving at 12:46am after arguing with the wiener about getting a refund and she said she couldn’t give a refund. I wanted a refund because I waited 45 mins and went to the window to see what was going on only to get an attitude that my food was ready but it was only 2 of them. She then told another customer see what I have to deal with? And I have to come back and do it all over again tomorrow.” That’s when I wanted a refund because I didn’t want food that was prepared by unhappy workers. Well, she didn’t give my money back nor did I even get a receipt in the first place. She offered extra chicken, which I accepted but the service was ridiculous
