I ordered on UberEATS waited almost an hour food never came .I messaged the driver he said the food wasn't available , so he just sitting in the restaurant for a hour and didn't say anything and neither did the restaurant. Accepting orders and not making them . This is exactly why I always order my food from Hurst they never give me problems . But UberEATS customer service were very nice and gave me a full refund

This Wingstop is a disaster from start to finish. The quality? Trash. The service? Nonexistent. The timing? You’ll age waiting for your food. This isn’t based on one bad night — it’s been every damn visit. Orders never ready, food missing, employees acting like you’re interrupting their nap, and good luck getting eye contact, let alone a “hello.”

Delivery is a joke — everything arrives cold, soggy, and somehow still late. We’ve had to cancel orders after waiting forever for food that was never ready, and one visit even left us with food poisoning. The place is so consistently awful it almost feels like performance art.

Save yourself the headache. Go across the street to Popeyes or Chick-fil-A — at least they understand the concept of customer service and hot food. This Wingstop shouldn’t even be open.

I came here because wingstop at cooper & pioneer forgot my ranch, I showed eastchase my receipt and asked if they could spare my 3 ranches I spent my money on. They said no obviously. Had to pay 5 dollars for more ranch. Not the workers fault ofc but bruh make the moment right or sum. It’s a multi million dollar company u could spare me 3 ranches. Thanks for the staff for being nice abt it tho.

Wingstop hits when you’re craving wings. Great flavors (lemon pepper and garlic parm are 🔥), fries are solid, but service can be slow and quality depends on the location.
