Very bad service, I spent an hour waiting for my order and in the process you ask them and the workers laugh at you, they don't value people's time, they should change them all since they are unprofessional with the public.

I was gonna go HAM on wingstop, but after reading the reviews, I actually feel bad for Wingstop(owner) I know he working overtime responding to all of these 1 star reviews. Just keep on keeping on brother..

On two separate occasions I ordered online, I waited the estimated wait time and then I headed over there. When I arrived I give the cashier my name, she said they were working on it. 30 minutes passed and I go up to the front again. She asks my name again, then said they didn't have the order ticket. I waited over an hour for a 3 piece tender.

Stopped in on yesterday to pick up dinner..arrived home the food was horrible. Too much lemon pepper seasoning on the chicken. We asked for light seasoning and it was over coated with seasoning. We asked for all drumettes and received flats and drumetts. We called the store to ask for the manager, she was to issue a credit for our next order. She didn’t. So, we placed an order tonight the same way as yesterday…the order was wrong again. I asked for all drumetts but I received flats and drumetts.The manager came up with a stupid excuse…The fries looked as though they’ve been warmed over and over…she was no help. She gave some stupid story about how the fries were prepared.To make a long story short…POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE EASTCHASE LOCATION.

Do not order from this location. They’ve been shut down multiple times due to health code violations. Workers are rude and don’t care about your order and they are incredibly slow to do anything. Getting an order of fries could take them 45 minutes. You’d be better off eating chicken from a dumpster, than coming to this Wingstop.
