Worst experience ever literally. Walking in to place and order and cashier says “not taking orders because they are an hour behind”, like why are you an hour behind if there is a full staff??? Never heard “can’t take any orders right now” would understand if they said “we are behind and would take a certain time for the order to be ready” but for them to say “can’t take an order right now” that’s not professional.

The cooks behind the counter need to wear gloves when fixing people's food and not their bare hands. Gross. They need to mop the floor they work on before they fall. To clean better and have cleaner cleaning rags to clean tables with. And wash their hands after putting out orders. Instead of just going back to work

The area is unsafe; many homeless people come in high to ask for money. The food and service used to be good, but now you can’t eat there without risking being assaulted by someone.

My fries were hot and crunchy. I witnessed the employee dropping cooked fries and shaking the basket for about 30 seconds. ALL employees working the night shift needs to be retrained. Employees cleaning up around uncovered food. I was there around 9:00pm. Waste of my time and money. Does the general manager read these reviews?

Something is always wrong with the order. Sometimes the food overcooked or undercooked, sometimes you get a four piece instead of a six. I suggest wing stop should do an English reading and writing test before they hire. If you can’t read or count, it shouldn’t be a main aspect of your job.
