I don’t know WHAT these reviews are talking about…. I’m here almost weekly & this location hits every single time! Literally my only suggestion is to make sure all wings are evenly coated (sometimes the bottom of the wings are seasoned but the top is bare) but the wings are good nonetheless. Fries smack EVERY TIME. Some of these complaints are exhausting. When I go, the staff is always on task and efficient.

The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

Do NOT order from this place. I placed a large order for a Christmas Eve party online and paid in full two days prior to pickup and had my confirmation email. I go to pick up my order on Christmas Eve and was told I needed to pay an additional ~$85 to get my food. They screwed me over because they knew I was forced to pay because it was too late to take my business elsewhere due to the holidays. I don’t know what kind of scam Wing Stop has going on. Me being livid was an understatement.

The staff was very unfriendly and unapproachable. One staff member just stood and talked to her friends the whole time. I order a 3 piece tender meal. They gave me three tenders (if you could call them that) that were the size of nuggets. When I asked the worker if there was a mistake she just said no those are your tenders. The wait was also insane because they filled every online order before, even if they ordered after. I don’t leave reviews let alone at fast food places, but please just go somewhere else. This was not good.

Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!

They changed vendors or something with the chicken wings we used to eat them every week i gave them 2 more opportunities, and there were the same really nasty and full of fat and skin in each bite this location is in deer park tx and center street
Wingstop stole my money. I ordered dinner for pickup and the website somehow went back to the default location which was like 100miles from my house but I didn’t realize it until I hit submit payment and got the confirmation page.
I IMMEDIATELY called the restaurant and spoke to the worker who confirmed that they did not even start cooking the food yet and that he would cancel the order, but yet he could not issue me a refund since I placed the order online I’d need to request it through there. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who works from Wingstop. The only way to contact them is through a form on their page which I have submitted MULTIPLE times with NO RESPONSE from anyone and it has been WEEKS! I want and deserve my hard earned money back. Terrible customer service and thieves is what they are.

Ordered wings, corn, and carrot sticks ONLY. Got celery ONLY instead. Wings weren’t cooked well done like I asked which are a rubber like texture if they aren’t, which was why I asked in the first place, it feels like they are under cooked..geez. I specifically requested extra seasoning on the fries, but it looked like none was put at all, super bland. Simple instructions were not followed. It feels like attention to detail is completely nonexistent. 🫤🫤
Editing this while eating the wings. I actually feel a little disgusted and nauseous eating this. I’m really questioning if they are even safe to eat. We spent over $35 on food and have to clock in to finishing cooking it ourselves.
