Went here with my son today ordered our food and then she told me 18 minutes. We waited for them to call us never did then when i walk up to the register told them we have been waiting for 30 minutes. She goes to the back and our food has been sitting here 😤 Definitely not going back and it was my first time today!

DO NOT order from here! I received a wrong order and they refused to rectify in the manner it was ordered. The person on the phone was VERY rude!!! It’s basically stealing from your customer, no food or refund! Beware!!!!!

New location is small and has low reviews.
Your online carryout order will be at least 20 min later than their estimate (consistent). Many people waiting and no place to stand and wait. Staff seem unperturbed bu it.
This location seems mismanaged.

Had to wait more than 1 hour and 15 minutes to receive my order from the time it was placed online. Several other patrons were also waiting over 1 hour for food. Order was also incorrect. Missing side of ranch and one of our flavors was incorrect. Lastly food was not hot and got cold very quickly.

The two ladies working 09/11/24 @ 12:52 were terrible lied and refused to give food to the dasher we had to go pick it up ourselves I only gave 1 star because no stars wasn’t an option I hope management deals with those two properly

I made the terrible mistake of ordering at this location when I thought it was the lovely 8th Avenue location ?. My wings were horrible. I got all flats for the first time and I did not have a good experience. I am an avid WingStop lover and this experience made me question that. My wings were small and not seasoned very well at all. I paid $17.19 for a 10 piece mixed with Louisiana Rub & Garlic Parm, all flats, and 1 ranch. Very sad day in Wing world. ?
