The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better
Wingstop has good fries good wings good food hot wings the best drinks the best dipping sauce and I like to eat Wingstop especially on game day
We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!
I believe management should fix the issue where the employees require DoorDash drivers Uber eats drivers to fill customers drinks That's not our job Y'all get paid to fill orders we get paid to deliver them we are required to have food handlers license to deliver food. Id like a response from management.

Had the food delivered and when I got it I had the wrong drink and no sauces in my bag. When I called the employee tried to blame it on the driver but he didn’t make the order they did. Terrible service

Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!
They changed vendors or something with the chicken wings we used to eat them every week i gave them 2 more opportunities, and there were the same really nasty and full of fat and skin in each bite this location is in deer park tx and center street

Wingstop stole my money. I ordered dinner for pickup and the website somehow went back to the default location which was like 100miles from my house but I didn’t realize it until I hit submit payment and got the confirmation page. I IMMEDIATELY called the restaurant and spoke to the worker who confirmed that they did not even start cooking the food yet and that he would cancel the order, but yet he could not issue me a refund since I placed the order online I’d need to request it through there. I have not been able to get in contact with anyone who works from Wingstop. The only way to contact them is through a form on their page which I have submitted MULTIPLE times with NO RESPONSE from anyone and it has been WEEKS! I want and deserve my hard earned money back. Terrible customer service and thieves is what they are.

I did that and I just appreciated There was no hassle.

every time I go to this location, I’m always happy with my order and my food is always hot. They’re always friendly and the location Is always clean🙏

This is my home location, I’ve been here regularly and while being a service/hospitality professional myself, I naturally pay attention to detail when it comes to service. Kyiara hands down is one of the reasons I come to this location. She always has a positive attitude, customer service is great and she actually stays busy on shift, cleaning, stocking prepping orders. My order is prepped timely, and she addresses me by name. I hope she receives some MUCH deserved recognition for this. Management/Ownership take care of the gem of an employee you have in Kyiara. She is PHENOMENAL!

Very bad customer service. Asked for crispy wings very fatty. Ordered online order they forgot about. Then had to ask them without then asking me about my order. The flavor was terrible. Do not recommend this restaurant.
