23 minutes and I was the only customer in the store. I ordered 8 wings. No big deal these things happen. They clearly forgot about my order. On the bright side it sounds like the staff is having a great time. Screaming and singing at the top of their lungs. And really that's what's important. I'm just glad that the staff is enjoying themselves. Place looks great inside. Someone definitely spent some money making sure this new store could succeed. And I hope it does. These guys deserve a place where they can hang out with their friends. I won't be back. Permanent bad list. But hopefully this area continues to grow fast enough that even though people only shop here once (and then never again) that they can continue to have a meeting place for laughter and joy. Maybe I will come back...to get a job. These guys are having the best time. And the bathroom is disgusting. I know I'm being petty but I was real hungry. And when one of them finally asked why I was standing there it took 3 mins to complete my order.

The food is good here, but the speed at which you get it is pretty bad. Today I waited too long for my wings and those that came after me got their wings before me. There should be no reason my food took longer since they were wings as well.

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Isabella at Wingstop, and I can't say enough good things about her! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me and my daughter with a warm smile and a friendly demeanor that instantly made me feel welcome.
Isabella was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, patiently answering my questions and recommending some of her favorite sauces, which turned out to be spot on! Her attentiveness and prompt service ensured that my order was taken efficiently and accurately.
Throughout my visit, Isabella checked in on me to make sure everything was to my liking, and she went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. It's clear that she takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about her customers.
If you find yourself at Wingstop #927 at 4854 white settlement rd I highly recommend asking for Isabella. Her outstanding service will definitely enhance your dining experience!

Disappointing. We had to clean off the overabundance of salt on the fries. The wings were just alright but the cook was way too over salted on his fries. Yuck
Dietary restrictions: If you are supposed to limit your salt intake, don't go to This place. We know better than to return food even if it's over salted. Not going back to the place in white settlement.

They’ve gotten my order wrong almost every single time. One time I got home and came back and they still got it wrong. Don’t even try going during a Sunday night Cowboy’s game, they will be backed up and tell you it’ll be an hour if your order. I think this is a management issue not necessarily the employees. Hire more people so you’re not short staffed on busy days. Y’all collect enough data to know what days are busier than others.
