But I knew it wasn’t going to be good when I stepped out of car in front of the location and the smell of dead animal loud in your face probably the rat trap next to bldg. the food tasted like it was made yesterday and then they microwaved it. Chicken tough fries cold and salty. Never again will I go to this location.

All of the positive stars I'm putting is for the Sunday night staff this past Sunday super quick and delicious but their GM is absolutely terrible and has no business being in charge of a store in such a great location just ask heim across the street how they're successful being open half the hours yall are guess the gm came from the laziest and most rude McDonald's right down the street on Robert's cut off this has to change asap

Order uner eats here and they missed my fries and corn along with 5 wings on a 20 pc when i called they said the guy said he dont know how to look uona past order, then told me i could pick it up, a waste of $30 and the store admitted to messing up and said they had my corn wings and fries like i really just didnt uner eat it for a reason & uber refuse to refund me juss bad for business literally

WORST WINGSTOP I’VE EVER BEEN TO! They are always late on their carry-out orders and I do mean 30mins to over an hour late at times. Almost every time I order here I do have to check my bag due to them making something wrong or forgetting items! They always have low staff especially on game days like today! I’ve waited over an hour went home came back and still not ready, which will now make it almost 2 hours! Sometimes they are blasting music with profanity, again is okay, but not when children are around I mean come on! Overall this location needs major help!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! I was excited for this location because is 3 minutes from home. But worst service worst food! I always get my order wrong and if you tell the Manager she just gets mad and be rude to you. Today I went and no one was at the front or in the kitchen when I noticed everybody was outside smoking when they came in side the smell like weed. I got ROTTEN CELERY!!! I think instead of smoking or anything they need to make sure food was on point.

Ordered for to go and waited at the restaurant. Waited 30 minutes. Went up to the register to find out what was taking so long. My order had been sitting at the ready to go window, and anyone that was working there ever announced that my order was ready. They offered to remake the order, and I declined because I had already been waiting for 30 minutes at the restaurant. Of course, my food was cold by the time I got home. BUT the girl who took my order was super friendly.
The service and food are perfect. I wont go anywhere else.

When I walked into Wingstop, I was greeted by a lady named Angel who was incredibly welcoming and sweet! She really made my visit enjoyable. Angel deserves a raise for her amazing customer service!

This Wingstop location was the final nail in the coffin for me—it’s what ultimately made me stop ordering from Wingstop altogether. When they first opened, the wings were solid, and my orders were always accurate. But over time, it turned into a consistently disappointing (and overpriced) experience.
They frequently messed up my orders or left out items entirely. The last straw was when I finally asked for a refund for a missing item after putting up with it too many times. The person on the phone claimed they submitted the refund, but I never received it.

23 minutes and I was the only customer in the store. I ordered 8 wings. No big deal these things happen. They clearly forgot about my order. On the bright side it sounds like the staff is having a great time. Screaming and singing at the top of their lungs. And really that's what's important. I'm just glad that the staff is enjoying themselves. Place looks great inside. Someone definitely spent some money making sure this new store could succeed. And I hope it does. These guys deserve a place where they can hang out with their friends. I won't be back. Permanent bad list. But hopefully this area continues to grow fast enough that even though people only shop here once (and then never again) that they can continue to have a meeting place for laughter and joy. Maybe I will come back...to get a job. These guys are having the best time. And the bathroom is disgusting. I know I'm being petty but I was real hungry. And when one of them finally asked why I was standing there it took 3 mins to complete my order.
