Asked for well done fries and of course my fries were NOT well done. Were actually undercooked. Smh is it done on purpose or what. How hard is it to leave it in a little longer in the fryer lol smh. Everyone just standing around, and orders are sitting so why is it hard to cook fries a tad bit longer?

Ordered food went and picked up maybe 10-14 after ordering it food was ready. Got home 10 minutes away fries where cold not even warm . Called to complain and they asked me to drive back there absolutely not my food shouldn’t have been cold !

10/26/25 7pm Ordered on the phone and picked up my order and when I got home we noticed that 1/3 of our order was missing. Called the store and young lady already knew what order it was and blamed the cook for not giving us the full order. I asked it a manager and she said no manager was at the store so I asked for a shift manager and she said she was the shift manager. She still didn’t know how to handle the situation at all. Just told me to come pick up my order. Seems like now and days with this younger generation we have to check our orders.

If I could get 0 stars for service I would! I usually don’t order from this Wingstop but unfortunately I did! Albert kept putting me on hold before I could say yes or no and would leave me on hold for a while! When I finally got him on phone he was very rude and was upset that I was trying to tell him that he shouldn’t put people on hold and forget about them he stated he had customers. I was on hold for over 20 minutes! I had a simple question that could have been answered in less than a minute now I don’t want to order from a Wingstop that is 5 mins from my house!

Called and was on hold from the time I drove from Cook Hospital. The cashier was playing with another staff and act like I was bothering. There was no customers. I ask a question that could have been answered on the phone. I just left this was not ok. Second time not satisfied with the location.

Ordered delivery and once I received part of my order was missing. Called to the store and the girl who answered the phone was very rude and did not seem concerned about the inconvenience caused. She refused to have the missing portion delivered and when I asked for a refund on what I didn’t receive all of a sudden she can’t do it and I need to call in the morning to speak with a manager.
The food is always good, but I noticed they changed the fries recently. They don’t taste the same anymore — it seems like they stopped using the seasoning they used to have. I really miss the old flavor. The rest of the food is still great, but I hope they bring the original fries back!

If I could rate this as a 0 I would, I placed am online order for pick up at 11:45 being that I work overnight and take my lunch at midnight when I received my order the bag was super greasy and the tenders and fries were cold it looks as if they gave me old burnt tenders I’m not happy being that I spent my money I should receive the service that I deserve. It was too late to call them being that they closed at 12
