Have ordered from this location multiple times on multiple occasions. No matter the time or day my order is always delayed. I have always called in ahead of time and told order will be ready anywhere from 15-30 mins . Show up at the latest time they said it will be ready, end up getting told the order will be ready in 5 mins . That goes on for atleast a hour and half… this happens no matter how big or small the order is. Terrible service.

The is a manager there who try’s to get u to go off on him and when u call him out on it he laughs about it everyone is playing around drink soda place just be in a mess this is second time having run in with him
Ordered in the phone and was told my food will be ready on 25 min. I showed up and still had to wait 40 additional minutes for my food. By the time I got my food it was cold. They have a full staff for no reason they don’t have a system and don’t know what they are doing.

Ordered delivery through their website. Around the time it was supposed to be delivered, our delivery driver texted and asked if we got the food because Wingstop said it had been picked up already 20 minutes prior and that I should call. The woman who answered the phone said the previous driver must have stolen the food, but we only ever had the one driver. I said, whatever the case may be, I need y'all to remake my order. She refused and told me I should take it up with Doordash, even though I ordered through their website and am pretty sure that they gave our order out early to some random person. I want to like Wingstop, but they can't consistently run their operation without problems because this isn't the first time I've had issues.

-No ranch in bag -Extremely cold fries (asked to remake) -A rude girl at the register who’d rather be on her phone scrolling through TikTok vs doing anyy kind of work. Thankfully, some of the other employees did greet us upon walking in but yea we will NOT be visiting this location again, if any.

Normally my food is pretty good from here but this morning was absolutely terrible. I order the eight piece and the wings were very under seasoned and the fries were over seasoned. They were so salty I had to throw them away. Also they didn't put my ranch dip in my bag. Overall terrible experience.
Everybody be careful buying your food from here I bought some wings Friday and they took so long but the day after which is Saturday I woke up feeling sick and have been vomiting all day and yes I know it was the wings because that’s the only thing I ate that day and the next day in the morning I started feeling really sick so be careful and stay safe ‼️‼️‼️‼️
