so i ordered wings+ fries from this location, i like this location because it close and convenient and i order the fries and ranch often. never had this issue before but the other day i got fries and as i was eating i got a taste of mold in my mouth, i was grossed out but i just thought maybe that one fry was bad or something but tonight i got fries and as i’m eating them AGAIN i get another bite of moldy tasting fries. so beware of a moldy fry and look before eating them. i was just eating without really looking so i can’t say for sure it was actually mold. but it definitely tasted exactly like it. super nasty tbh i nearly threw up the second time

Idk if it’s this location or wingstop in general but they always leave me w sever stomach issues, i had bone in wings on friday night, by Saturday morning i was having stomach cramps and severe back pain i could barely walk, then on sunday i experienced headaches intense cramps, nonstop diarrhea, and nausea like I’ve never experienced along with shitting myself in my sleep I was literally bedridden, it wasn’t until i was on the toilet with a trashcan in front of me with chunks of anything i had left in me flying out of both ends that i had to be seen at urgent care. Not worth it. Flavor might be okay, but my body paid the price. Won’t be coming back on my soul. They need to run daily inspections this place is contaminated w E. Coli, salmonella, probably roaches and rats omg

I tried calling in an order for their 20 pc boneless wing meal. Per the website, that comes with 20 boneless wings in up to 4 flavors, a large fry, and 2 dipping sauces for $16.99. According to two of their staff members, that doesn’t exist. I was also accused of having a tone and told “not to speak to (them) that way” when I was simply trying to explain to their staff that I was looking at the offer on their locations website while trying to order it. I have worked in the service industry for nearly twenty years and I can tell you that I in fact did not have a tone nor was I being rude or indignant. Needless to say I was unable to complete my order and definitely wouldn’t suggest calling in yours. Save yourself the frustration and order it online or do yourself a favor and go somewhere else altogether. If I could give negative stars for the service that I received I would. I won’t knock the food or the atmosphere because I never got any and never made it in to pick anything up.

Ordered a large voodoo fry with my combo and they gave me a regular and there was a small drizzle of sauce. I'm just saying if I have to pay 20 bucks for a combo at least give me the right size if you're ganna skimp on what makes the fries "Voodoo fries". I'd add the photo I took but it isn't giving me the option to on my phone.

My wife and I went to the store to order some wings and she happened to have her service dog in her arms and a young lady named Jessica came from the back telling us that she wasn't allowed to have her service dog with her. Which didn't seem to be a problem with the young man helping us at the counter...whose name was Brandon who was very cordial and respectful. Eby politely refunded our money, so for that we are very grateful. I would give Brandon & Eby a 5 star rating without hesitation. If I were the owner I would caution Jessica to learn how to show more empathy if she is to continue to be in the service industry. Thus the reason for the 1 star rating, but Brandon & Eby were exceptional.
