After waiting for 57 minutes for an 8-PC boneless wing with only 1 other customer in the store when ordering, it was a complete waste. I never got my food. They just continued taking more orders, with no sign of my order being worked on. Only 1 pick-up order was taken in the 57 minutes I waited. Inferior service will not be returning.

Decent food, but irresponsible work ethic. Only one employee was cooking tonight, when he walked away from preparing food to greet friends which randomly walked into the store. He additionally took multiple opportunities to stop preparing any food to chat with the cashier. I waited 30 minutes for them to even start my order. I never saw a manager or shift supervisor attempt getting anyone to stay on task or move with a sense of purpose. No one cares.

You can't make a call order, it goes to a full voice mail box, the app doesn't work and good luck ordering through the digital person.. nothing works and it's been like that for months. You have to go in person to order..
