I’ve been a loyal customer at this Wingstop for a long time, and most of the team here is fantastic — friendly, hardworking, and consistent. But ever since Jayden took over as manager, this location has gone completely downhill.

Orders are late, wrong, or missing items. Customer service has become rude and dismissive — and all of it seems to start at the top. Jayden has no sense of professionalism, accountability, or leadership. Instead of improving the experience, he’s turned the place into a mess, and the good team members seem stuck under poor direction.

The entire vibe of the store changed as soon as he stepped in. If Wingstop cares about its brand, it needs to take a hard look at who's leading this location — because Jayden is driving loyal customers away.

Until there’s a change in leadership, I won’t be coming back.

Just called to ask if they could cook my wings a little longer than their normal well done time because there's no option to do so via the app and the guy who answered was Extra rude, told me my delivery driver may cancel my order due to me wanting extra cook time even tho i Just made the order and abruptly hung up in my face. I called back to speak to the manager only to find out he Was the manager. NEVER have these issues with the Saginaw location.

Idk if the fries have changed or what. The last 3 times we’ve ordered they’ve been unseasoned regular frozen French fries you get from the store. The main reason why we come to Wingstop half the time is for the fresh cut fries.

I order online since it was busy, I didn’t mind that. But when I got home all I got was tenders when I I put mixed. I didn’t feel like I got my money worth. I should’ve either order tenders or bone in. Why pay extra for a mix if I only Got tenders.

Stopped to get some wings. I ordered just the 8 wings bone in mild. Wing stop is normally my favorite place but this one ruined it. These looked so light but I ate one to see. It was no where near mild flavoring. And no ranch.

After waiting for 57 minutes for an 8-PC boneless wing with only 1 other customer in the store when ordering, it was a complete waste. I never got my food. They just continued taking more orders, with no sign of my order being worked on. Only 1 pick-up order was taken in the 57 minutes I waited. Inferior service will not be returning.
