Whatever y’all did different please keep it up! I’ve been going to this WS for over 10 years and every single time I am missing something, cold soggy fries, tiny crispy nuggets instead of wings. The last 2 times the wings have been thicc, juicy and perfectly sauced & seasoned. These are the best fries I have ever gotten here. The order was ready as soon as I walked in and the woman at the front didn’t have a stank attitude like the old chick. Amazing, brilliant…good job on the changes. 10 out of 10

The lady that took my order was nice but overwhelmed. I place my order at 7:17pm and at 7:57pm the lady said it will still be about another 20 minutes before my order would be ready. The building is packed of customers waiting on their orders. I’m not sure what happened but this Wingstop location has failed us miserably. I won’t be back anytime soon.
Terrible customer service. Waited over an hour for an online order. When I asked if they could give me an ETA they said no so I asked they could just cancel my order and refund my money they said it will take 30 days to get my money back. Never again.

Food was fast but I felt that the food was not cooked all the way . My bones less chicken was really rubbery had to re cook it in the air fryer at home . I eat here regularly and this have never happened that’s why I gave it a 4 but the overall service was great

This location is the best one by far!! I stopped by this evening not realizing they were less than 10 minutes from closing and was met by gentleman with a huge smile who welcomed me in, and the sweetest girl working up at the front named Gigi. Even though they were less than 10 minutes from closing, Gigi took my order with a smile and was very friendly and very polite. I will recommend this Wingstop location to everyone - because I know how hard it is to smile and try to be friendly & polite at closing time when you've worked all day!!! But even the gentleman who first greeted me and the workers in the back all seem to be happy to be there!!! The store was really clean (which is always my experience when I go in there, even when it's packed with people eating or ordering!) and the welcoming atmosphere and amazing wings will keep my family coming back weekly! They've never gotten an order wrong, even the really big orders we have had, and I like that they pay attention to detail. Just wanted to say Thanks to Gigi and the rest of the staff at this location because y'all are doing an awesome job in keeping your customers coming back! And that's what good customer service is all about- happy repeat customers!
