So disappointing! These are the wings I was served; pale, undercooked-looking, and discolored. They looked like they were either old or not properly thawed and then fried.
When I brought this to the manager’s attention, she acted like nothing was wrong with them. She also put previously cooked lemon pepper wings back in the fryer to “fix” them, which I know isn’t proper food safety protocol. This isn’t just a bad experience—it’s a food safety issue. I don’t understand how anyone thinks it’s okay to serve food like this to paying customers.

Of all the wing stops in the area. This is the absolute worst one. They will consistently mess up your order. Or they will totally forget it (or give it away, who knows) and then blame you for already having picked it up and trying to re pick it up. Who does this? Mind blown.

I experienced poor customer service and an incomplete order. Do not waste your time at this location. I waited nearly 30 minutes for regular fries and veggie sticks/ranch dressing, only to get home and the ranch dressing was missing. Geesh

I am only rating a 1-star because there is not an option for 0-stars. This was the the absolute worst unprofessional experience. There were at least 10-12 staff members and I ordered my food at 9:20 pm and it said approximately 14-19 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant at 9:45 and waited until 10:20 pm just to be told they lost my ticket and I would have to wait for them to make my food. I asked the staff multiple times about the status of my order. As a business owner myself this established is poorly operated by management. I refused to wait another hour so I requested a refund and which is not processed directly. I will not return to this location.
Slow service, waited 45 min more after order was supposed to be ready.

I ordered the 20 boneless wing meal deal and this is what I got. Micro nuggets! SMH! Highly disappointed. The service was ok. Please only keep the men as cashiers. Some of the girls slack way too much and just stand there looking at you like what do you want? Put them on the fry stand or something. The atmosphere was good. Nice, clean environment.
