I ordered the 20 boneless wing meal deal and this is what I got. Micro nuggets! SMH! Highly disappointed. The service was ok. Please only keep the men as cashiers. Some of the girls slack way too much and just stand there looking at you like what do you want? Put them on the fry stand or something. The atmosphere was good. Nice, clean environment.

Please though, no more scrap nuggets!!

My wings were dry, the place to eat was dirty and the music was too loud to hear who i was talking to. To start off i was told it would take 25 minutes and i had to wait 40, i got a 15 piece and the total was $30 which is already a lot, and my wings were small and overcooked. i got louisiana rub which i know is supposed to be a dry rub but my chicken was still dehydrated on the inside. the customer service was ok but i didn’t like how my food was handled , i won’t be coming back to this location

I’ve never seen so many food workers (without gloves) in both the front of house and back of house, play with their hair and then touch the food/ order on the tablet. Soooo disgusted. 🤢

Was told immediately it would be 35 min. To an hour. I saw they were busy and said ok. When that didn't run me off , he reluctantly said what do you want. I asked if I could mix some boneless, some bone in. He looked at me like speaking chinese. No eye contact and grumbling . That's when I made decision to turn around and leave. Went to dominos, got order in 15 min.

Ordered online atv 6:22 on a Saturday. Arrived at 7:15 and did not get my order till 8:03. No "Sorry for the wait", no " would you like a water cup while you wait?". No excuse or goodwill. Many people were waiting over an hour for their orders. Won't go back.

Husband went in placed an order had to wait almost 45 minutes, he got Korean, and got plain drums for me.Got them home, and the plain ones were hardly cooked. Now he has to take them back,and get a refund. How hard is it to cook plain ones with no sauce!!!
Do better Wingstop...Put me off ordering from them anymore.

Went on the night of the tyson fight to pick up our online order and waited for over 30 minutes for our food to be ready only to find out that it had just been sitting for over 30 minutes..😒 Needless to say, the food was cold, and they didn't even offer to fix us fresh food. The order was also WRONG!!

If I could rate the location, zero stars I would. They were taking An unusually long time to prepare my DoorDash order. Even my Dasher said he had been waiting for over half an hour. I decided to call the store, This rude employee says And rushes me to take up the issue with DoorDash, He proceeded to hang up in my face, and then I saw that my Dasher received my food. Never have I been so appalled at how rudely I was treated. Do better.

Claudia, claudia. Claudia........Soon as i was about to give this location a good review finally due to how good fries are today, I looked at my emitre order then was disappointed once again! Here it is 9.27.24 at 4pm working from home so ordered delivery online. Left good tip and all. I even called soon as I placed order to confirm and verify the slight wing modification would be adjusted flavor wise, after being placed on hold so she can inform the cook.my order was still made incorrectly upon delivery and the wings look sick. I called store to see what can be done..asked for manager the young man put a "shift lead' on phone which then gave phone to manager upon me not being satisfied with his option. The manager then gets on phone saying she can offer me 10% or I can bring food back uneaten to get it replaced. Now if this manager Claudia is stuck on stupid but if I say on the phone that I'm working remotely and can't come to the location to bring food back.she expects me to continue being hungry, not touching any of food and wait till I'm able to bring it back?!!! Omg these fast food workers have became so incompetent!
Many mess ups here before but I'm done with this location after this today, I rather drive to a new different location when time allows!
