Food was horrible, I had to take my food not once but twice! I asked to speak to the manager, and apparently who I was speaking to was the manager. I told him the issue and even told him to taste the food his employees were serving… He was even hesitant to try the food, mind you the food hadn’t left the building so it’s not like I had touched it but opened the box and could see how the wing was undercooked and was not crispy.

i am not sure if this place is just under staffed or actually THAT BUSY, but when i order delivery and schedule it ahead the food doesn't come until AFTER my lunch break is over. this leaves me to then eat in front of my students, which i do not want to do. scheduling ahead should prevent it from being cooked, prepped, and put out for delivery ON TIME. so annoying.

So I call to place an order, I get put on hold so I’m thinking it’s packed no problem, I was on hold for 15 min so just decided to hang up and go to store. Takes me 5 minutes to get to store first thing I see two girls laughing on the phone playing around is that what they put me on hold for ???

this wingstop i have been going for 2 years, the food has been dry, and cold i kept going to this place cause it was the nearest the people in that place are very rude and the drinks are always watered down, because i went to that place and i got dr pepper but instead of dr pepper it was dr water.

They continue to go UP on the prices, of the SAME OLD DRIED OUT NON JUICY WINGS!!!! THE YOUNG ADULTS THAT WORK HERE, PLAY TOO MUCH AND ARE UNSUPERVISED!! NO PROFESSIONALISM, AT ALL!!!

I doordash from this wingstop all the time and everytime i order here my wings always come very soggy and pretty much undercooked with little to no seasoning and the fries also always have little to no seasoning and if i go on the inside they take foreverrr pls save your money and dont come here

Terrible customer service! I ordered off of Uber eats and my garlic parm wings came plain. So I called and then went up there to get them replaced and the manager on duty was rude and did nothing but talk back to me and tell me how I WAS WRONG. He had an attitude and if that's how customer service is done, then I don't want to go back.
