Wings are good and the fries are the best!

This location is solid. The closing manager on 10/15 handled my order given to the wrong uber eats driver quickly and sent out another driver immediately. Thank u to my local wingstop on Clifford avenue for always going above and beyond! We appreciate u!!!

Frozen tenders.

And now frozen flash fried French fries.

You took everything great about Wingstop and killed it, officially done with Wingstop.

There is never a manager on duty and the owner is non existent and not operating this unit at all and it shows, poor leadership.

You now accept Tips so that way you can drive down labor cost and pay your workers even less than you already were & use tips as an incentive to pay lower wages.

Not the kind of business I want to support in this community, in fact it’s poor business practices at its finest…

Bad move wingstop & poor business practices.

I ordered the 40 piece group meal. I asked if I could substitute the fries for one of the veggie sticks and corn for the other veggie sticks. The employee(Alexis store 491) said yes. So I proceeded to pay. When she gave me my total it seemed kind of high but I didn’t pay it much attention. During the wait for my food I reviewed my receipt and noticed I was charged $2.80 for the substitute for the corn and $3.40 for the substitution for the fries. I thought there was a mistake made because Alexis never mentioned I would be charged extra if I substituted. When I came back in to pick up my order I let her know I think I was overcharged in error. She says no I was charged correctly and the extra amount was for the substitutions. I was confused because when I asked if I could substitute she never mentioned it would cost more she just did it. I then tried to politely let her know she should notify the customer of additional charges if they’re asking if they can substitute. She became very rude, argumentative, combative and she even walked off while I was talking to her. Keep in mind I NEVER raised my voice to her. I was simply inquiring about extra charges. Luckily another employee (Able)stepped in to calm her down. I asked him for the corporate # and she came back to the counter to argue her case again. At this point I just got my food and headed out. I will NEVER go to this location again.

Not very service oriented. As I was asking about options and there product their employee was more interested in watching tv than ‘watching’ the customer. So, I showed myself out the door.

By far one of the worst places to go due to customer service. Every time I order from this location they mess my order up. I always request no seasoning on the fries. Whether I go in person or order through uber they will give me seasoned fries. Last night in particular I didn’t check my order before leaving with my to go order. I had initially planned to eat inside but due to the open tables all having some sort of residue on them I decided against it. Get home and realize my order was messed up so I go back up there to get it remade. I get back up there and there is a lady working the front playing on her phone and didn’t greet me for a few minutes. Once she finally looked up I requested for my food to be remade in which she said she would only do the fries. I informed her I would like it all remade since I planned on eating it at the same time and my sandwich would be cold by then. She said “that’s not how it works and is against company policy” even though I’ve had my whole order remade several times due to them messing up. She offered a refund in which I declined and requested a manager. I just wanted my food remade. That escalated to her informing me she’s the “shift lead” and I was sol and I could take the offer of the remade fries or leave. I asked for the managers number and she referred me to corporate only after asking another coworker what the number was for them. I asked again for a manager because I wasn’t convinced a “shift lead” wouldn’t know corporates number. At that point she goes to the back and grabs a man that is washing dishes to come to the front. A man who barely speaks English and is looking at her to translate after I speak. He was apparently the “manager”. He was absolutely no help due to the language barrier and asked the man who checked me out initially to do a refund. The “shift lead” that refused to give me her name then continued to ask the man that was refunding me how he was doing a refund in which I asked “shouldn’t you know how to do a refund if you are a shift lead” in which she looked at me blankly and said that “I needed to mind my business“ and the guy helping just smirked like he knew I was right.

Overall was not happy with the little teenager up front thinking she owned the place and didn’t have to remake my order. Never have I been to a food establishment that wasn’t willing to fix what they messed up.
