The food is always pretty good but two weeks ago I got 3 - 10 pieces and we'll all had to go to the bathroom in a hurry during the night, when I tried to call and tell them, they put me on hold on every call for over 2 hours,I'm done with this place! (West point location)

Bad customer service from some short fat guy. I understand having busy days are frustrating. But people need to learn to put their feelings aside from the job. He didn’t care about none of his customers that were there physically there. Worst service ever.

I have been to this wingstop twice and had a good experience and food the first time but the second time I tried to order a combination of two flavors for wings ( tossed in a dry rub first then tossed in a sauce) they refused. They did my order flawlessly the first time. Their website states “ if you’re craving something special and can’t find it online, call your wingstop directly and they’ll get your flavor hooked up.” This was not the case when we asked.

2/2/24 4:10 pm... something has to be done about this guy at the register. He is just horrible , his attitude is frightening he acts like he doesn't want to be here.. I'm scared to ask for my receipt. Slamming boxes on the floor aggressively re stocking the cups... just giving a bad vibe. I witnessed him snatch the bag out one of the co workers hand
