Still shows they are open on the website but every time we’ve gone they have been closed.
Amazing and tasty Mediterranean food. Friendly staff and clean beautiful restaurant.
UPDATE MONDAY 9/20: I wanted to give them another chance. I called today just make sure they were open before I drove all the way over there. The phone rang and rang at 5pm and no one answered. I called multiple times before finally giving up and visiting Chicken Salad Chick instead.Closed at 5pm on a Saturday. No mention of it on their website. We drive there and all they have is a messy handwritten sign taped to the door. Last time I'm visiting this location.
Ordered online for curbside pickup called multiple times and no answer and walked in the young lady was on her phone never acknowledged me. Kitchen workers were gone. Bad service.
I crave the Chicken Salad and Fruit plate. Unfortunately this restaurant has been a disaster lately. There is no consistency despite me ordering the exact same thing every single time. They are closed during normal business hours. The credit card machine isn't working. They are out of menu staples. I give up.
Arrived tonight Sept 4. Team had a long list of items, mostly staples, that were not available for whatever reason. Thought ok we will try hard to order something else and stick it out. Before we could even get the first pick out we were then told we better have cash ready because the register might not run our card and malfunction while trying. Not sure what happened at this location but looks to be poorly managed. We kindly informed the counter agent that we were going to find somewhere else to eat. Sad outcome after a previous decent visit.
Usually pretty consistent. Could be cleaner.
I love Zoe’s and wanted to order thru DoorDash I have a young baby and leaving the house just to pick up some food is a whole chore. I typically order the steak kabobs which are around $11 in store but on the door dash menu they’re almost $16. That’s insane for 8 pieces of steak and 2 small sides. I used to work for the watauga location as a manager so I know how the food is made and where it comes from. Super disappointing.
Okay people leaving bad reviews nowadays have to know they are judging it on a place short staffed and overworked. I get that it is not satisfying but these people try their hardest. Sherita is a prime example but she still doesn't ever give up and she still is happy toward customers.
We were so excited to get to try this restaurant Alliance location. We ordered the hummus and pita which was yummy. I looked over and there was a roach scurrying across the floor which was disturbing. We got our entree and the falafel was cooked on the outside and completely raw on the inside. The employees seemed like they hated working there and wanted to be any where else then there. We started feeling sick a while after eating. Will not be going back.

Worst dinning experience in Texas,no ice,no Drinks,Avocado smash was rotten and super salty, was unedable. Also was told it would be a 15 min wait and food actually took 40 mins which is unacceptable when ordering 2 salads and a sandwich.Food was just ok,wasn't the same as usual
They are very short staffed but the manager (short blonde lady) was incredibly sweet and was working so hard. Even though our food took a bit of time, when it did come out, it was delicious. Mainly wanted to comment on the super nice manager.
It was disappointing because I always wanted to eat here and today I had the time. I asked what was popular and ordered the ckicken kabobs with grilled veggies, one sauce, (skhug must mean gross...not sure if it was supposed to have this but my skhug had a cutting from the bottom of a mushroom stem and a curd of feta cheese in it), a chocolate cake square and a drink. I was out of $15.67 but that was for bland food that was not tasty, in an amount that fit into the cake square's clam shell. But, to be fair, it was my first time; maybe I ordered the wrong thing. Besides the fruit fly that bugged me the whole time, the setting was average. The room reminded me of a Schlotzsky's. Wonder if it's the same family of restaurants?
I placed order for 61.00$ for food on Sunday and never received my food when I went to Curbside pick up. I filled a complaint and no have gotten response. I called the Alliance store for help and was told they have No General Manger to issue a refund.
This location has the worst customer service! After spending over $90 and having to wait 30 minutes for a simple salad that was ordered 2 different times, they "forgot" to make it and then put it at the end of the wait line!? Then when the issue was raised we did not get a prompt apology, but had to ASK FOR ONE.
