My order of 4 Tenders at the counter was politely delivered to my table. All 4 Tenders were cold to the touch. I went up to the counter and told them. Without even feeling them, they said I was wrong. Not quite calling me a liar while giving me a perturbed look. I immediately left without my $10 or any food. I’m a 60 year old Business Owner and was stunned by their lack of consideration. I hope they make improvements to this kind of customer service.

Paid 20 bucks for 7 chicken Strip dinner for my wife and to share. Turned out to be over cooked chicken "nuggets "really. Very small over-cooked and over priced chicken strips for sure. I suggest do not waste your money here like I did. The person that waited on us was kind and professional.

I am not from around here but I am working at a rig close to here and have been passing by here almost everyday, I like that it is added on to a store and that you can park a 18 wheeler around back, since I drive a truck that is convenient and you can pretty much get everything you need in one stop, the chicken here was the best chicken I have ever had. Whoever is cooking the chicken definitely knows what they are doing cause it was cooked perfect, it was juicy and seasoned just right, I had the 3 piece with chicken breast and mashed potatoes/gravy, everything was great, the service was super fast, I wasn’t even finished filling up my drink cup and they had my food ready to go, the employees were friendly and everything was correct on the order also. So not sure about the bad reviews on here, but my experience was great, so if you haven’t tried this Chicken Express yet I would definitely give it a try.

The owner of this franchise is also the owner if the Hearne location. This review is for Franklin location. i ordered 3 fish filets 2 rolls, mash potatoes and gravy, a 44 oz half and half. I get two fish filets, one roll. I even had them repeat my order to make sure they got it right. I get home and guess what? They still screwed it up. Hearne is a poor to deal with too. Yall need to step it up and get people that know how to write the orders down then double check that the orders are right before it is given to customers!!!!!

The staff here is SO friendly. Ready with smiles and courtesy, which is rare these days. It's a busy place, considering the location. In a rural town, off the beaten path. But, the service is still good. The food is excellent. I highly recommend this place for travelers, visitors and the nearby community of Franklin,TX. I hope to remember the name(s) of the manager and other workers at this location as I plan to be a regular patron. God Bless y'all! Oh, yeah. Don't forget to get some "Serendipity" seasoning and a cup, or gallon, of their signature sweet tea!

Sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes, finally had someone ask me what I wanted, got halfway through my order when the lady cut me off, waited another 5-10 minutes before the lady came back on the speaker and told me it would be a 15 minute wait. This is a reoccurring theme at this restaurant.
