The staff here is SO friendly. Ready with smiles and courtesy, which is rare these days. It's a busy place, considering the location. In a rural town, off the beaten path. But, the service is still good. The food is excellent. I highly recommend this place for travelers, visitors and the nearby community of Franklin,TX. I hope to remember the name(s) of the manager and other workers at this location as I plan to be a regular patron. God Bless y'all! Oh, yeah. Don't forget to get some "Serendipity" seasoning and a cup, or gallon, of their signature sweet tea!

Sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes, finally had someone ask me what I wanted, got halfway through my order when the lady cut me off, waited another 5-10 minutes before the lady came back on the speaker and told me it would be a 15 minute wait. This is a reoccurring theme at this restaurant.

Went in to ordered tenders family meal paid over $50. The skinny little girl at front had an ugly attitude and barely wanted to talk. To me it seemed a racial thing because with the other customers it was all smiles and kaughs, hmmm. Got home received chicken instead. Took it back she didn't take the food back or exchange it. Had to give chicken to a family instead of getting it thrown in the trash. Had to pay again for the tenders another $30 and received some watery gravy with my order. This place is so horrible I'll rather drive to Hearne and buy from them than to spend close to $100 here. The owners and management needs to step up at this place before they loose more customers and shut down!

I give up. I checked my order and waited for someone to come back to the window but they didn’t. Every time something is wrong. Extra roll, missing. Family sized mashed potatoes, instead a regular with an entire freaking scoop missing. Dude. I stated it clearly and it was repeated at the window this time. Still paying and not getting what I pay for. It happens so often it’s just a waste to drive all the way out there for that to constantly happen. We need better places and people who actually are capable of listening.

We were a party of four. We went in and the young employees were to busy playing with their phones to take our order. When one did take our order, he acted as though we were a bother to him. Three of us got our food. About 15 minutes later, an employee finally realizes we are still waiting. He told us the last order fell off the screen. There was nobody else in this restaurant, so it wasn't like they were busy. Every table had food from the previous customers. Not once did they stop to clean or even look. This establishment is in serious need of management.
