We placed an order at 3:25 and never got our food. They were not busy at all...drive through had a few customers. When I saw that a recent person got their order 40 minutes after we arrived I asked for a refund...no food in sight.

My visit was great food came out hot and fresh in 6mins the staff was friendly and very helpful the place was clean and had music playing to set the vibe i had a very good visit at the franklin dairy queen you guys keep up the great work i will definitely go back when passing through

Absolutely disgusting. There’s mold on the ceiling the flooring is moldy and coming up. The you staff wouldn’t stop talking crap about some lady named Patricia as we were waiting to give our order. We were the only people in there & our food came out cold & you could tell the chicken strips had been refried multiple times. Nobody was even eating in there…How could they give us cold fries? When were they from? lol Oh! & the cook wasn’t wearing gloves & the ice cream machine is down until further notice whattttt LOL Please improve this store or just put it out of its misery.

First impression when walking in is disrepair and dirty. Floor coming up and filthy. Drink machine visibly dirty. My old home town Dairy Queen so decided to give it a shot. Daughter’s food came out fast. French Fries and a taco. It was so fast because they were old stale and cold. Disgusting comes to mind. I ordered a simple order of Nachos with cheese and peppers. Came out much later with greasy nasty hamburger meat as well as cheese and peppers. Although wrong it was too disgusting to eat. Finally got the right nachos, not very good. Under new management I was told. All I can say is good luck. You will need it. The only good thing was the young kid at the counter who was struggling but trying very hard to please and was very nice.

Everytime I come to this fairy queen the ice cream machine is broken so I ordered a slush off the menu they didn't have those either so the menu needs updated.What kind of dairy Queen doesn't ever have ice cream another wasted trip! I gave it one star because 0 stars wasn't an option.

The work crew on this visit to my local Dairy Queen was most pleasant. My mostly homebound friend and neighbor asked me for a ride to pick up her order. We used the drive thru. The workers were friendly. The strawberry ice cream sundae looked beautiful and delicious, as advertised. And, the steak fingers meal was cooked to perfection, by my friend's account. God bless this establishment.
