My visit was great food came out hot and fresh in 6mins the staff was friendly and very helpful the place was clean and had music playing to set the vibe i had a very good visit at the franklin dairy queen you guys keep up the great work i will definitely go back when passing through
The work crew on this visit to my local Dairy Queen was most pleasant. My mostly homebound friend and neighbor asked me for a ride to pick up her order. We used the drive thru. The workers were friendly. The strawberry ice cream sundae looked beautiful and delicious, as advertised. And, the steak fingers meal was cooked to perfection, by my friend's account. God bless this establishment.
Courtney was absolutely the sweetest. We made a mistake ordering and she was so kind and accommodating as she helped us correct it. It was so refreshing. We really underestimate how much a smile can brighten your day.
