I have always had good pizza at the Franklin restaurant but this time it had to be the worse pizza I’ve ever had there , so dry no extra sauce and the ingredients on the supreme tasted like it was old ( onions and black olives were nasty) ! Please try better!!!

Lost internet order then found it after I left. Only two young kids working there after "morning shift" change without any discussions between the two shift crews.

Pizza hut has some of the best pizza! absolutely love their BBQ Chicken Pizza w/ stuffed crust - i add pineapple to it . my nephew works here - mostly young high school kids that are employees here. they are all very nice and seem to be hard workers.the salads are reasonable and always part of my order
If I cld rate less I wld! This was by far the worst!!! I ordered a large cheese pizza and a small salad. App said my order was ready at 5:10 I went in and they said it was not ready. Finally after waiting I got my pizza but no salad. Leaving at almost 5:40 I finally got my salad. I guess it takes that much work for one tiny salad! And the manger SUCKS no apology no nothing. I will never go to this horrible place again!!!
