Gave our food to the wrong customer and then gave it back to my wife (she didn’t know that’s illegal) and food was made completely wrong. Disappointing waste of 20 dollars.

I ordered a meatball sub for my neighbor. The employee was quick, interactive, friendly yet professional. While I was there 2 other customers came in to place orders. It appeared the employee was very well trained in handling more than one customer. He performed his duties expertly and to everyone's satisfaction.

9-25-2025 I placed an order at 1:30pm to be picked up at 4:30 when my husband got off of work so he could just pick it up on his way home. He gets there and the food is not on the pick up cart. Apparently there were Alot of people there. After 20 minutes of waiting he calls me so I check my email and they cancelled my order at 4:25. I tried to call and after the 2nd time they took the phone off the hook so I was only getting a busy signal. My assumption is that they got so busy they decided to just cancel my order! I'm obviously NOT happy as now I have to figure out something else to feed my family at such short notice!!

Ordered a 6 inch tuna sub. Asked for extra olives. Was told I had enough on my sandwich and didn’t need anymore. What the heck. Not sure if I’ll ever go back. Even told no when I offered to pay.

Food was good. Restaurant was clean. Customer service skills from the staff member was lacking. Came off as if he did not want to be there. Did not talk, just stared at us.

This is the third time we have gone to the subway. First time, order made incorrectly. Second time, bread was so hard we couldn’t eat It and this time orders wrong. Ask for extra stuff on them and it’s less than a normal amount. We did mobile pickup and couldn’t find anyone even in the store.

This gentleman refused to listen to anything I had asked to be put on my sandwich. A piece of his hair fell onto the paper of my sandwich. He quickly brushed it into the food.
However when doing so it got stuck on the sauces. He grabbed a napkin and wiped it off mid sandwich making. If you're going to have long hair then wear a hairnet. I've been to this subway many times and it's the same story with this dude every time. I'm shocked with the reviews about him for this store and he's still working here. This guy needs to go.

Talk to the manager to order 4 Subway trays, asked the price, she told us around 40, i reply, so around $160 for 4, Manager said yes. I do realize there is tax. Go to pick them up they rang me up as $220. I tell the worker our conversation, she calls Manager, Manager agrees she said $40 a tray, but not $160 for 4 because she can't do the math, she continues to admit she can't do the math. HOW IN HECK IS $40 FOR 4 TRAYS EQUAL TO $220. THIS IS HORRIBLE MANAGER and she wouldn't stick to the price she quoted, the work said they could do 10% off, but then only gave $10, not the $22 which just shows no one can do they MATH!

Pay for extra meat, never get it. If I go there to order I get a normal sandwich, if I order online the sandwich is skimpy. Today the order online they did not give me pretzel I ordered. Now no way to call them. Beyond frustrated

My concern is over the cleanliness of this Subway. I came in at lunchtime on Friday, September 27, 2024 There was a gentleman with long hair, and a full beard making the sandwiches. He did not have covering over the hair or the beard. He also handled cash with his gloved hands and then walked over to make my sandwich. I had to ask him to change gloves before making my sandwich. The lettuce was brown, the pickles were brown. I called the office to report this, and was told the GM would call me back, but no one did.
