Beautiful brewery. Do wish they had someone who greeted you once you entered or at least some signage telling you what to do. We had to go find someone on our own. The bartender looked at us several times and didn't say anything. Once we were seated we had great service and delicious food.

We had an amazing experience getting lunch and staying for happy hour pints! The staff was incredible.The tour guide/head brewer for the brewery section was hilarious, he provided a super fun experience !We had the grilled cheese with Caesar salad , and the hot honey chicken sandwich with Caesar as a part of the lunch menu, both were extremely generous portions and left us stuffed with left overs. If we lived closer we would go often!

We stopped here to check out the tap room after enjoying some Altstadt Kolsch at a restaurant in town. This place is so cool. I wish we would have taken time to take a tour. We enjoyed the Tap Room, had a few drinks and toured the Tractor Museum. We decided to come back the next day for dinner, it was busy but we were able to hang out in the tap room until our table was ready. The food was excellent. I really enjoyed my NY Strip, my wife and daughter hand the Chicken Schnitzel and said it was great. My only complaint would have to be the restrooms were not clean. Going two days in a row we noticed they were not cleaned from the day before. The countertops were covered in water, everyone would come out with a wet shirt from leaning over to wash their hands. The restrooms are quite small for a place of this size that specializes in drinks. Over all its a very nice place and I hope to go back for a tour on our next visit.

One of the biggest disappointments of our trip to hill country. Tried grabbing lunch here. Wait was a little long. Went outside. Online ordering only. Ordered a liter of beer and got a plastic cup only. Looked around to complain and saw no one standing still enough to try and fix order. Reading other reviews I guess we were the unlucky ones.

We couldn't even find a table at 3pm on a Wednesday. The establishment was very small for such a large presence. Must be good if it was packed. Please enclose outdoor patio for more room. It's too hot in West Texas.

Honestly this was probably the best experience of our trip. Great beer. Great entertainment. Just very busy. Would definitely revisit.

The beers are okay, but DO NOT DO ANY CONTRACT WORK FOR THEM. Scrote Hubener can’t set an expectation to save his life. He originally said payments are made 2-3 weeks after receiving invoice, but was more like 2-3 months and that’s if I continually followed up to remind them. This job began as a temporary part time fill in, but once it became more full time they refused to sign a work agreement that addressed their late payments and set working guidelines. This continued for about 6 months until I wised up and fired them as a client. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and thought the team would improve, but a year later while trying to reach out for tax documentation (because they don’t bother to send anything out without telling them) it’s exactly the same ordeal.
My 2 daughters and I had a great time having lunch here! Our waitress Erica was so very nice and made our delicious meal more memorable! We all loved our lunch and my Reuben sandwich was soooo good and the potato chips and pickle were something out of this world! And I’m not even a fan of potato chips OR pickles! Really had a great time here. Everyone went out of their way to be extra nice and welcoming! Would definitely come again!!

5 stars for the excellent beer!No stars this time for the food. Pretzel was like bread shaped into a pretzel, texture and taste all wrong. The chicken sandwich was terrible, slimy texture and messy. The crab cakes were cold. Service was excellent. Altstadt is one of our favorite places. Our group comes late afternoon to beat the evening crowd....is this a poor choice on our part, kitchen not at full speed?

My family ordered a beer flight & smorgasbord platter. The steaks and sausage were really flavorful. I ate the crab cakes and enjoyed them. It came with several sauces that were yummy. Atmosphere and service were good.
