I will start this of by saying do not get your food gluten free from here. We are very grateful that they were able to make the food gluten free but I would not recommend it so if you have celiac you should find another restaurant to eat at. I am trying to avoid that fact from interfering with the rest of my review because we ordered off the menu. We got the Beef and Broccoli and the broccoli and carrots didn’t have a fresh flavor to them I could hardly taste the veggies. The meat was velveted nicely and was very tender. The rice wasn’t well cooked it was dried out a bit. It felt very sad inside the restaurant it felt very liminal. If I could eat gluten I *might* eat there again.

This place is a joke. Ordered general tso's chicken to go. Got home with it and no flavor and tastes like something was scorched.

Best Dish: Sizzling Cubes Steak was delicious! Very flavorful! Served on an iron skillet (like fajitas).Kids liked the house lo mein. Singapore Noodles were not a hit at our table. We tried the crazy roll but it didn’t have any sauces and just wasn’t our favorite roll. Will be back to try out more dishes/rolls.

Great Chinese Restaurant in Fredericksburg. The staff are helpful and attentive, and the restaurant is very clean. Clean bathrooms, clean dining area. Even the fish tank is well kept, which tells you that they’re serious about maintaining their restaurant. We ordered the shrimp pad thai, sweet and sour shrimp, the spicy fish fillet, and the jalapeño black bean sauce squid. Everything was delicious, and they took care to preserve the authentic flavors too, like including sichuan peppercorn in the fish and using fish sauce in the pad thai, which many restaurants do not. The squid was handled well, and they got it to be nice and tender. Overall very tasty Chinese food with good authentic flavors and a clean, well maintained restaurant to match.

Hoping for great Chinese food and the dining room smelled like a septic system when we walked in. The waiter was great and attentive but the food came out very shortly after we ordered so this food is not fresh, it’s likely sitting under lamps in the back. The steak was rubbery and inedible and the chicken was dry and gummy. Fish were dead in the fish tank. Just needs more attention to detail, taste and freshness. We were disappointed.

This is the real deal, with authentic Asian/Chinese food. The restaurant is owned and run by people of Asian ethntencity and their food offerings definitely honor their background. I am especially fond of theirMiso soup and their Vegetable Delight with Tofu in the Kung Pao sauce. If you don't like spicy food, then you should not go with the Kung Pao sauce. All their veggies are fresh, crunchy and cooked perfectly. Yummy, yummy, and their lunch menu and prices won't totally wreck the bank account!
