Absolutely incredible experience. A little slice of old Germany, we loved it!

Curry sausage wasn't good. Too fatty and no flavor. German Sauer kraut was extremely sour. Schnitzel was tasteless, red cabbage, German potato salad was just as sour and no flavor. The best thing on the plate was the French fries.. I did like the fact that we were able to have a conversation without having loud music and loud noises but it wasn't worth the $20.

My wife ordered the bratwurst dinner. We have been to Germany and this was a poor excuse for a brat.
The German Potato Salad we mushy and had a sour taste.
The roll was harder than a rock
I will say the schnitzel was pretty good at least.
The service was fair, nice person and took our order quickly. Only checked on us once until it was time for the check.

We decided to bring a group of 16 to enjoy a lunch. We were told that we were not allowed to push tables together to accommodate our group in the Biergarten area. Apparently it was the owners policy. Maybe they should rethink this unfriendly policy

We sat outside at the bar and watched football. It was silent. No noise of the game and no music. The bartender was very attentive and the food was good. The spaetzel, cabbage and schnitzel could have been warmer; to cold for my liking.

Food was less than mediocre! Just for two entrees (no appetizer!) and 1 beer (no other soft drink!) we paid $60!! Quality did not meet value! The only pro, that it was pet friendly.

While the server / service was great, atmosphere OK I was disappointed in the food. While not bad it was not what you would expect from a town with German roots. This was my second visit. It had been several years in between. The first time I was disappointed as well and this time I did not realize I was at that same place. However, the food is what made me realize it was the same place as before. I would go again and try different things but my expectations will be lower to avoid disappointment.
