Ordered brisket plate. Brisket was the only thing they had left at 6:30. A full third of my brisket serving was fat. I donโt mean meat marbled with fat. I mean pure untrimmed fat off the brisket point. Large globs of pure white fat. Unbelievable they would serve that.
